Crummy reception crummy customer service. I guess using the same "towers" is not the same as antennae. I'll get an SMS message saying how sorry they are for my poor experience. But, no real follow up will be forthcoming.
My service is great and switching was easy with their help. The cost is 1/3 of what I paid to my provider last month. It was nice to reduce my $118 phone bill to $31.

Reviewing our data usage and getting us in a plan that reflected our need. The rep was informative in getting us into a plan that save us close 15% plus I was told of a Veteran discount. Great job if the gentleman I spoke with represents you customer service you are doing something right and I commend you!
Patriot Mobile was very helpful. First, after several false starts, because of issues with my old company, (I call them T for terrible), Patriot Mobile gently reminded me to keep working at it. Second, when I finally got the information, they worked through the changeover process and were very helpful with a somewhat convoluted process of getting the sim card into my Google 7 phone.
Ever since I upgraded my phone would you guys I can no longer get podcasts on my phone when I'm not on Wi-Fi. Your customer service keeps saying that I've used all my data but with my previous phone I had with Patriot Mobile I always always always was at least able to stream podcasts and the radio using only data. I guess my new phone that I got through patreon mobile is not strong enough before the signal. I'll be switching to PURETALK here soon.

Constant problems with “PATRIOT MOBILE ROUTER”. Look forward to find a company to replace the router. We need WI-FI, many times just unplug the router to at least have a minimal amount of service! Have spoken with Patriot Mobile many times and have asked if employees have the router. Have never found one employee of Patriot Mobile who uses the router. Want to find a service so I am able to open my IPad and my Apple Computer. Questioning whether to keep IPhone service which would include our Son, Myself and My Husband! Should have researched more companies. (Do think I had good service when only had IPhone. Added router, everything went bad! Do not want to go back to Comcast, son is offering to help me go back to Comcast! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, SORRY TO HAVE BEEN A BOTHER WHILE HAVING THE ROUTER! The reason I chose to switch to Patriot Mobile a few years back was that I value my right to privacy. Then I was so very excited to find out how terrific they are at supporting truly wonderful causes! The support staff were always helpful as I switched over, too. There were too few companies that I felt really shared my most important values out there, but this service works as hard to provide great coverage, as they do to support righteous causes. I do not ever want to change again!
