I like everything except one thing. Quite often, when I send a picture to some, it fails. I never had happen with another provider. I will still remain a Patriot Mobile customer.

Always worry about having to call…waiting long…someone I do not understand…do I have the pin or info needed…but this phone call was wonderful…she guided me through the whole call…to change my email and credit card information…spoke kindly and clearly…and was done in just a few moments…appreciate your business and helping me protect my account.

I finally ported my landline number, which I have had for 30 years, over to Patriot. After a full 2 months of trying to get my expensive and unresponsive landline provider to respond, I now have 2 Patriot lines and I am really so happy. The nice people at Patriot helped me deal with the non-US based landline people who kept us on hold a total of over 6 hours on various calls during that 2 months. I have had my original cell phone with Patriot for a couple of years. The service and reception is better than excellent. Thank you Patriot.

Your service is 3x times what others are charging and many times I have to reboot my phone to get it to connect, IF it will connect. MANY times it is so slow to make a web connection when doing a search I give up trying. If Patriot was not a strong MAGA supporter I would of switched long long ago.
They are always very helpful and perfertional when ever I've had to call (which is not often at all) Great customer service!!!
