Changing service to Patriot has been the best decision I have made. Every part of it has been so much easier than dealing with any other company.

I recently switched over to Patriot mobile after using Verizon for years. I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The service, the people, and the price are amazing! I’ve cut my monthly bill in half and can actually talk to a person if I have questions. I wish I would have changed sooner!

My bill is about the same as a competitor and I do not have unlimited data like I had before, however it is worth it to me to pay what I do for the excellent customer service. I have ALWAYS had someone right away address my problem with efficiency and courtesy. You don’t have to go through a digital assistant (which never assisted me) to get the help you need.

The Patriot Mobile service is exceptional. Those who answer by e-mail or phone are prompt, courteous, and seem to know the answers. Plus, this is a conservation organization - I trust them!!

One has to applaud PM for their desire to participate in the alternate economy. The problem is they fail in their execution. There is no reason something “Christian” or “conservative” should be second rate. None at all. They’re not a serious cell phone business. You can’t utilize them for your business. They don’t even offer unlimited data plans. Imagine needing a phone for business reasons and you run out of data half way through the month. What are you going to do? I tried to activate a second phone to solve the problem - but I could only get data on their most expensive 40gb plan. If I’m going to pay 2x just to work around their shortfalls - I might as well go back to a serious company, save money and donate the money I save to GOP, NRA, church, etc.

The service is the same as any other company. I am extremely happy with the service provided and happy that they are a completely American company.

Everyone I have interacted with is so kind and helpful they all made me feel like a real person and important they were not rushed. I was kindly greeted and when the calls ended they did so with a truly delightful message. It is truly refreshing to hear God bless you or have a blessed day or weekend. the cell phone works well except it will not download via cell service; I have to be in a wifi area to download podcasts, attachments, Google Maps, etc. That is very annoying.
