Excellent customer service
It took a week just to get my service started. Three months down the road I have no phone service. After playing little circus games with their crack smoking tech, all I get is really sorry but I can't figure it out. Then these rocket scientists want me to call them..😂
Costumer service and product is amazing. Patriot Mobil makes buying phones on line an easy task.
The biggest perk for me is that my money is going to Godly conservative issues and the service is great.
Contacted customer service to help with a random voicemail change. Ultimately it was out of their hands but the service with the person I spoke with was fantastic!! Really did all she could to identify the potential issue. Can't ask for more than that!

The personalized service is great. i am so tired of getting stuck in automated loops, forever, and having to make 3 calls and they still don't resolve your issue (at the big telecom money-grubber companies.) Patriot mobile is just plain smart, better service, better customer relations, & you're supporting a company that respects our armed men and service-women. Great!

I’m a truck driver who travels all over the state of Florida. Never experienced any issues with the service. Very happy with the values and principles of this company and of course the great service.
Drove from N.TX to WA with no service issues. Several months later I drove from N. TX to TN, and had no service issues. For years we've used Patriot Mobile and almost never had any issues. Highly recommend.
Everyone I spoke with in the process of switching to Patriot Mobile was polite and professional. Unfortunately, it took several days to get my phones connected. I was informed after waiting a few days for the download that the carrier they were trying to connect me to was having an issue, so they connected me to a different carrier, which was no fault of Patriot. So far the service has been good. And my bill is almost half what my previous carrier charged. I am happy with Patriot Mobile.
