Same service I had before, but less expensive. I found out that that the Verizon towers were closer to me and gave me better service, so they moved me from one service to another to improve my service. It made a big difference in my reception and I no longer get any drop calls. Customer Service is always easy and excellent. Highly recommended!

I don’t think about My cellular service provider or worry about the corporate culture. I shouldn’t have to. Thus Company is an example for the rest of corporate America.
The assistance of the staff at Patriot Mobile. T-Mobile made the transfer very very painful but with persistence the transfer was accomplished over two days and several calls. So far, service has been acceptable even in a fringe rural area. My savings have been outstanding to date. I recommend Patriot Mobile.

I love the phone service itself but it is next to impossible to get a hold of customer service. I have needed to talk to someone for months but I can never get through to anyone. I love what they stand for but please, answer your phones.

One of the reasons I switched from TMobil and others was because of interrupted service issues and cost. Patriot Mobil is affordable, and I haven't had one interruption in service since switching about 3 years ago! Love this company.
It was easy to transfer our cells, but they didn’t give me two months free when you use RAV. To be honest I am leaving this company.

I've have had no problems with this service. I'm not a big user of the phone/it's off half of the time. I have more of a problem with the phone. I'm retired. The best part is that some monies going to conservative outlets.
