Good phone service
Very helpful representatives. They helped me set up my phones quickly! Lower cost than the big companies, same coverage.
I first spoke with on Ashley on January 11, 2025, and she was amazing! My husband and I are not very "tech savvy" and Ashley walked me through everything, including contacting Verizon to facilitate the change of carrier. When I became a bit frustrated at my inability to retrieve information Verizon needed for verification, Ashley "talked me off the bridge" and convinced me not to give up. She explained that our SIM cards would be mailed and gave me her direct phone number to contact when they arrived. Everything arrived exactly when she said it would and I called her. She put us through to a wonderful gentleman, named John. He was also wonderful . . . so patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He walked us through the set up and Voila!, it worked. We are truly grateful for such good service.

I don't remember but I keep getting these things to review so figured if I don't do it, they will keep coming! Other than that, I'm happy with Patriot Mobile, satisfied that I switched cause Verizon was charging extra for things I don't even use.

This is the second attempt at leaving a review here on Trustpilot (they flagged and removed the first one for some odd reason even though it was a positive review with no offensive content). I've had nothing but a very positive experience with Patriot Mobile, they've always been courteous and helpful, and I've a happy customer since starting with them a few years ago. Always pleasant experience with customer service.
Patriot Mobile is a great cellular provider! Never any glitches plus reasonable rates. AND, they are doing a lot of good things to help Americans. Kudos.
