We LOVE our Patriot Mobile! The service is great! When we've had a question,we've been able to talk to a real person from America! As an older lady who is "technically challenged" this has been a real plus!
I have had Patriot Mobile for several years, at this writing. I have had few problems and the staff have always been helpful and courteous. They couldn't always give me what I have asked for; there were legal restraints. But, they were straight-forward in explaining why and I appreciate that. I don't know the laws that govern every business or industry and I would rather they tell me than let me lead them into doing something that will get either or both of us in trouble. My phone service has been excellent: uninterrupted, usually not subject to static or echo. The price is reasonable. I recommend this company to all patriots.
Excellent service. Genuine and caring employees who really want to help you. Phone service is great so far and no issues, however the Puck wifi Hotspot is very expensive for what you get and has intermittent service. Not a good device for TV streaming.
We chose to support a conservative based company rather than the “woke” large corporations. However, in doing so we saw no difference in our phones’ coverage and we got even better customer service!
No issues, except a lot of spam calls so your agent told me to download truecaller which cost me monthly. People over 65, like old nuns and old priests get minimum Social Security, so I was disappointed. Patriots over the age of 65 should get a little special discount on on their service.

Have you ever called someone in a rush only to realize that you already know the answer. So, minus a little embarrassment, they patiently walk you through the perceived problem. I'm sure glad it was not a zoom call. But they have always been respectful.

I’m glad there are other options to choose from for phone service. This is have against you. I have problems with my phone working at all outside of my house when it’s not connected to my WiFi. When I called customer service they gave me a discount for 6 months and apologized for the problem. The issue has not been resolved and I have not been charged for the discount except one month out of the six, which is still going on. So the discount I received for six months has not been honored along with the issue not resolved. I have not said anything else because when I call I do get good customer service as far as PR skills, but the answers are always “sorry” “we don’t do that”. Or not follow through with your word. Or not fix the issues. Second, I do not like that I don’t have an option to choose to pay my bill myself because it is automatically taken out of my account. Sometimes I may be a day late or two because I can’t change the billing cycle. I only get paid once a month. Sometimes I may just have to pay a late fee but when I don’t have the choice to pay on my own I get fees from my bank for over draft. Not everyone fits in a cookie cutter box. Like others I’m a single mom trying to make ends meet. Sometimes it’s just hard to pay bills. I’m paying the same amount I did with AT&T and I’m not on getting unlimited service and what I don’t use does not roll over. You guys don’t provide those options. How is your company better with cost and service when you are charged for the same amount and less service.
Great customer service and they have the same values as me.
1. I do not get great cell service ~ 30% of the time, esp when traveling 2. when sending texts or photos between patriot mobile phones, about 30% of more the photos do not go thru. 3. These are business phones and having these difficulties are quite the inconvenience to say the least
