I truly wanted private, affordable cell phone service and Patriot Mobile promised and delivers both. My customer service agent was, extremely thoughtful, patient and kind during my account set up process. Above all else, my representative shared a profound personal experience in which she was able to share of her faith and belief, and she further shared her faith with another in her life, who ultimately surrender his life to Christ. What a beautiful thing!

Could not get in contact with you to discuss my account, my phone died and I got a new one but could not find a way to contact you to transfer to the new phone, I had no number and could not log into my account. I wouldn't call it poor service it's more like no service

I love what this company stands for and will consistently choose supporting a company that puts Jesus Christ first and voices its opinion as conservatives defending our American freedoms. The quality of the cell phone service is also very good and the rates are very reasonably priced! My only knock is that there have been some random occurrences with the phone's service that I can only describe as "rests." These rests have led to my voicemail box randomly deleting all of my saved messages and personal greeting settings. Other than this anomaly, I am very satisfied with Patriot Mobile.

You have great people who speak English, are helpful, nice, Christians, and on the phone!

I have been with Patriot Mobile for almost 2 years. I never have any problems with my service. I live in South Carolina and travel to Ohio several times a year. I've never lost service while traveling.

I want to see Patriot succeed so here are some things you need to work on. Porting over my phone number did not go smoothly, took several days to resolve when it should have been a 15-30 minute activity. Also, Patriot cannot apparently support visual phone mail function on my Android Pixel. Its not like Android or Pixels are rare models. I appreciate the Patriot vision but you've got some technical work to do in order to provide top tier service.

As an optimist, my expectations are high. Patriot Mobile’s service and support have met my expectations.
