There is no visual voicemail and it is extremely time consuming and a hassle to try to listen to voicemail this way. I switched to Patriot mobile to support this company and it's values, knowing I would be paying more, but now I am paying more for less. And my coverage is worse than when I was with StaightTalk with Verizon towers... I am considering switching back...
Besides having a good product for a fair price, they were very helpful getting my phone set up. Everyone I talked to at Patriot Mobile was friendly and obviously based in the USA, because I didn't have trouble understanding them. I also really do appreciate that they are closed on Sunday and support our military.

I have no coverage problems. This is a good company for Senior Citizens. My bill is low as my husband and use our phones differently then younger people. We use our phones to keep in touch with family and friends. We rather talk to them in real time.
