It’s a lovely experience every time I shop at Partica, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, they always go out of their way to advise me, stores look fab and i just love that they offer balloon delivery now!

Balloons always look beautiful and the staff are super lovely ! The shop also has a really nice feel to it and things are really easy to find as they are in categorised sections. Fab quality too!

Very disappointed. The balloons came all tangled up. We paid a lot of money and people arrived whilst we was still trying to untangle them all, one personalised photo ballon came deflated. Caused me stress and upset. My auntie collected my order for me, the staff didn’t give them my whole order just tangled balloons. So caused a big delay as we had to go back .
