Wimbledon store , the staff are really amazing. They went the extra mile to make sure my daughter had an elf costume for her school play . They even delivered it free of charge to my house . Honestly I am so moved how lovely they are especially Lewis. Highly recommend them Thank you 😊

Excellent service from Partica Kingston, I would highly recommend. The balloons where beautiful and presented lovely. Also on the morning of our engagement party we went into the Partica Kingston store and asked if they could walk our balloons around to the venue later in the day. To which they did for a small fee of £5, no moaning just great service. When we arrived at the venue all the balloons where set up. I shall defiantly being using them again. Thank you Kingston Upon Thames store. :)

Balloon order wasn't ready for the pre-booked collection time. Ordered balloons for pick up from Wimbledon store at an allotted time. When went to collect them they weren't ready and hadn't even begun to be prepared. This meant my husband had to wait for them & arrive separately at the birthday lunch, costing more money for that separate cab. If you pre-order something for a specific time, you expect that to be adhered to.

Had to go back twice due to not having my Complete order. As soon as I opened the twinkle baby signing frame it broke in my hand, They also delivered faulty balloons to shop so I had to have different balloons and didn’t put the correct weights on that I ordered.

I was sold a pair of contact lenses on 26th of October for a Halloween party I would be hosting that night. The sales assistant picked them for me as I wasn’t sure which ones were “the best”. She then reassured me that I could see through these all white lenses. (Which I thought well, that’s good because they are going in my eyes.) I got home and I couldn’t see a thing, my vision was completely impaired. So, I put them back in their case assuming that the sales assistant had either sold these with false advertisement or they were faulty and proceeded to enjoy my night without them. I came back to the store, 2 days later to get a refund on 28th of October as I work in the area. A very stuck up and rude manager claiming to be a co owner to the shop assisted me (if you can even call it that). She had so much attitude and seemed more interested in trying to have argument with me then get the issue resolved. She told me if I had called the same day or the day after that this could be resolved but as I came in TWO days later nothing could be done but a credit note. Which makes no sense at all really. She even brought the sales assistant over who had served me to argue with me about what was said when she served me. Was totally unprofessional and frankly really embarrassing. I’ve now had to contact the brand directly and I’m still waiting a response. I work in retail and know how simple it is to refund a faulty product or atleast be professional and friendly but she seemed to think otherwise. My advice to you guys is to go to any other party shop and I’m sure you would get a better price and way better service. Absolutely appalling to say the least.

Ordered two Halloween costumes then received a call the next day to say one of them was unavailable. Stock availability should have been accurate before purchase. Got a refund, but annoying as then had to go find another solution.

Lovely balloons for my mums 60th birthday party on 5th October. Great customer service (no fuss when I made changes to the order), the design was great and the balloons arrived early in the morning on the date I requested. I will definitely be using Patrica (Bromley) again.

Fantastic service, friendly, helpful and would highly recommend Partica. We went into the branch in Bromley late this evening about 6 pm (store closes at 7 pm) and we were very well looked after by Lucy who is a brilliant and a great credit to the company.

Really bad experience. For the first time I have paid and ordered online 2 bouquets of balloons for my daughters birthday party last Sunday. When I came to collect it the order wasn’t ready and the employees didn’t even know about this order. They told me to wait and they could do it. Unfortunately I had a 9 months old baby hungry and screaming so could not wait. Had to send my husband back to centre court to pick up my balloons. Paid for parking twice. The balloons arrived half an an hour after ALL the guests having arrived. Plus the balloons were really really expensive. Terrible experience. Will not recommend to anyone. Would like to know how can I get a refund.
