I ordered 3 large helium balloons to be delivered before 12pm on a Saturday. The website was easy enough to use although it only had ‘weekday delivery’ options but still allowed me to use a weekend date so I didn’t think too much of that. Once order was submitted I received an email the following day advising I had selected the wrong delivery and as it was weekend I would have to pay additional money, the email then went on to say that the delivery had to be changed from 12pm to 1pm, so as a result they will on this occasion waive the fee. This was a tiny bit frustrating as meant I had to Chang e my schedule for the day. But wasn’t a major inconvenience. Saturday morning arrives, I receive a phone call from a very lovely and polite delivery driver, (didn’t catch his name) and he wanted to tell me he was leaving central London now (10.30am) and advised he was aware of the error that had occurred with the delivery/times and said he will aim to be with me as near to 12Pm as possible, but as the delivery time was up until 1pm I didn’t hold my breath. Then at 12.03pm I got a call to say he was outside. This then made me ahead of schedule and I was so pleased with the efficient delivery. The whole service was a great experience (minus the delivery issue, which then didn’t really become an issue), the communication was great from the get go, and the products delivered were amazing. I would definitely use this service again for future events.

The order was supposed to be ready for collection from Staines shop at 12.00 pm, but wasn't ready even at 2 pm and I had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be prepared. As if that were not enough, the ordered online (and paid in advance!) balloons were not available at this particular store and I had to accept the replacement. The store ladies couldn't find my order and were very unhappy that they had to work in a hurry, so they kept mumbling behind my back. Not even one word of apologies from the staff!

Great people working in the BROMLEY branch! Really happy with the services received by Justin and the rest of the team! My decorations were very beautiful and they helped me take it to the car! They went over and beyond their customer services.

The web site was playing up quite a bit when trying to purchase online. I think also, if you buy online, it’s £1 as I was quoted a cheaper price when I was in the shop itself. I can’t say this for sure but when trying to delete my basket at one point, £1 was still sitting in the basket without anything in it. Anyhow, I’d advise just to purchase in store beforehand if you can. I still managed it online but it was playing up a lot to begin with. Overall I was satisfied.

I have brought balloons here before and the service I thought was great. This time one sales assists tried to palm me off with a display balloon. Had I not asked her what happened to the one on display she would never of said that she had made a ballon up for me. My order was placed on a Thursday but was not ready when I came in on Saturday at 4.40 pm to collect it. I asked for balloons to have coordinated ribbon and they did not. Despite me informing the store (in person) at the time of order, balloon ribbon was cut at all different length. Some very short others very long which made it difficult to have the balloons in a display. Was going to rate 1 star but thought it was too harsh.

I visited the Kingston store for a particular style of glasses, which they sold but didn't have the right type I needed. Asked if they could order some, they helpfully assured they could. Went back to purchase them in a rush as had to work late,only to have the assistant lock the door in my face as I approached and turn me away. I shall now be buying them elsewhere! With regard to the response from Partica,I may have not made the facts quite clear, the store was still open with the door wide open as I was steps away from the entrance. It wasn't after closing time, but just on and customers were still in the shop, the door was locked as I was literally about to go in, without a word.I appreciate the staff have a right to "family life"! , Perhaps working in retail is different to working in hospitality where the customer is put first.

The staff in store where very helpful and friendly and was able to help resolve the problem that occurred with my order but they sorted it out

Great service and product, the supervisor in the Staines branch was fantastic. I managed to rip my helium inflated number balloon on the way out of the store, when I returned ready to pay for another number I was given another number free of charge. I was not expecting it to be provided free of charge but greatly appreciated the generosity of the store which led me into making this review as I wanted to ensure the company and customers are aware. Would definitely return to this store as their products are great but the service is even better! Thank you for your generosity, it might seem small but it goes a long way.
