Good prices but the products are of poor quality, On the site they looked so nice but then live they leave a lot to be desired. What I saw on the site did not resemble in the least what has arrive at home. The delivery was good and fast but I will certainly not buy from this site anymore but I will turn to someone who has better products and then suitable for a birthday of a child!

Do not order rose gold online they are no rose gold when you get to store they are a pink colour, girls had attitude when trying to say they was wrong colour and they was saying it’s the supplier eventually they was happy to change it but only because the manager said it was fine but the girls had a lot of attitude considering everything in shop that said was rose gold was not the colour of the balloons blown up. Other than that was happy with the balloons given

I really love using Partica for all our party needs. Collection at the Bromley store is always prompt and the staff are super friendly :) The only thing I would love Partica to consider is offering more eco friendly products -this would be great :)

The helium balloon did not keep it up due the weight of the little balloons around it and perhaps the feathers inside it Very nice lettering though

Ease of ordering from the website was great, sadly the wrong ballon was personalised but this was rectified by staff at collection quickly.

Ordered loads of balloons, one of them was accidentally left off of the list when I went to pick up and was actually sold out. Lovely lady at Wimbledon handled this really well and gave me an extra balloon and some weights to say sorry! 5 star service for sure.
