I was extremely happy with the delivery and the drivers and the products, my only gripe is the non transparency of the delivery charge that only appeared on payment. It was very expensive

Terrible service - happy to take my order for birthday balloons but upon collection store is not even open on arranged day (Sunday). Order cancelled and had to source birthday balloons elsewhere last minute!😡

Really pleased with my balloons delivered this weekend. Although the cost of the Sunday delivery was high I was blown away by the quality of the balloons. The personalised photo balloons were also really good. Will definitely be using this company again for all my celebrations.

Thank you to the talented team from Wimbledon for our Balloon but a big big big thank you to Sydney from Crawley Partica as she was extremely helpful with us, they managed to arrange the delivery and do the balloons as the customer requested all in the same day. Follow up of an order into the store not completed as agreed by telephone. This was to inform my items were available and to proceed in making up my balloons. I had to request a discount which was honoured. One of my balloons popped before the big day.
