We were happy to collect because we ordered 3 large personalised balloons so we only paid for the purchase. In store we were able to view all range of their goods. Wonderful balloons and really helpful staff

Ordered hellium balloons. They were ready in a flash and looked exactly as it was advertised. Then packaged in a way that was easy to transport on the train.

I did an online order for pickup, but it wasn't in the system until the following day. The store dealt very well with the issue, but not everything was in stock, so the average review is because of the online system failing.

Requested collection in store at a certain time. Order was ready and waiting for me. Fantastic quality and service, would highly recommend using their services

There was no hanging around, everything was ready at the time I requested, the staff were friendly and my order, which was somewhat challenging was exactly what I'd asked for. I ordered a set of balloons and some party decorations from Partica, for my son’s 3rd birthday. Everything arrived to my house as expected and beyond and on time. Absolutely amazing and well recommended service. Very reasonable prices, great choice of balloons and decorations to choose from. These guys have bricks and mortar stores in and around London, and from previous experience, I can happily vouch for their service which is far more superior than that offered by some national chains.

Love the new delivery service! I am a frequent customer to the store and the fact that they now do deliveries is just fabulous! I was able to make my husband’s birthday without even leaving my home.
