I've been directly charged by the garages the last 2 times I used the app. I now need to reach out to ParkWhiz and request my money back since i was double charged.

Love this app! They show multiple spots for parking, with detailed instructions and pictures of the parking area. Also shows reviews to help your decision. They send texts for reminders and also to make sure you arrived ok.
