Love the ParkWhiz BestParking App. It takes the pain out of finding parking spots, especially in crowded city lots. Love the ability to prebook at a reasonable price point and having the mobile ticket. Also, if there is an issue, the ParkWhiz folks are super helpful! One suggestion! It would be great if you could add the parking pass to the Apple wallet - this way, if you lose signal in he garage, you are not scrambling.
It would be great to make the app available to Android phones. Outside of this, I had a wonderful experience - easy to park, I felt safe, easy to exit, my car wasn't vandalized, easy to access the garage from the street. Overall, a great experience!
It's good until it isn't. I did find a parking space once that was $40 but got it at ParkWhiz for $10. The rest of the times I used it, the parking was LESS than what ParkWhiz charged. I felt scammed. Honestly, I'd rather pay the going rate or use Uber/Lift. My last experience was they had the WRONG address on the parking - I used their app to find directions. I contacted them, they gave me the run around. Did not receive any sort of real help or refund - kept saying I had the wrong address even though it was listed as across the street from the actual place. I paid for parking twice. Honestly ParkWhiz, $10 isn't worth your losing a customer over. I'm deleting the app.

Parkwhiz was easy and straightforward.
I tried Park Whiz for covered parking in anticipation of a snow storm and found a spot 1 1/2 blocks from my home. The price was reasonable and the valets at the garage were great. The app is very easy to use and gave me numerous options. It’s become my go to app for parking.

Pretty good app. I did arrive earlier than I scheduled my entry and had to cancel my original booking while on the ramp and reschedule for 5 minutes earlier. The garage and staff are great.
For us it’s the best location and it puts us in area that we enjoy skiing

Initially, I provided a lower review because of the lack of information between ParkWhiz and the Tickmaster seller resulting in an inconvenient parking situation. However, ParkWhiz immediately remedied the situation, was incredibly professional and rapid with their response and made sure everything was corrected. Excellent customer service, I will definitely use their service in the future.
