Absolutely horrible experience. it was my first time trying the app. I was in Atlanta and booked my parking spot at the Suntrust parking garage. The bar code didn't work. the garage employee wasn't able to help me. I ended up getting a ticket. i immediately reached out to the help link on the app., someone replied promptly, however, my reservation was never canceled and 4 days later he is still giving me the run around. So, I used the app to save money and it ended up costing me more money. It would have been cheaper and safer to just pay the hotel valet fee.

This is my first time I've been to San Diego. I drove by myself and had read so many good reviews about your app so that's why I gave it a try. But it's very horrible experience. My trip was ruined because of parking stuff. I purchased my reservation from 21pm and exit at 9am the day after, costs $24. However, the parking machine didn't allow me to scan barcode and having no keypad to enter parking pass ID manually. I tried to reach out the app customer service through email. No hotline available. They gave me instruction that press assistance button to have parking attendant validate my pass. The parking attendant had no ideas about the app and they force me to pay another $25 which is ridiculous. I wanna make a return cuz I was unable to use parking pass so there is no reason that they can charge me. I emailed them but no response yet. The app should set up the hotline so it's easier for customer to solve problems. So disappointed....
I park in the city several times a week. This app is easy to use and always has great parking. The only down side of the app is that you are currently unable to invite people. I have told several people about this app and have not received credit.
The app worked great. Once we figured out how to navigate to the QR code all was good.

Easy access in and out, and perfect location. Phone app worked perfectly. Directions were great, especially the "look for the sign with the white letters".
