Convenient and reasonably priced
I have used ParkWhiz a few times in the past and had a great experience with it. I did run into some issues with the parking kiosk on my last trip and was not able to scan my barcode and had to pay again using the onsite ticket. I emailed customer service and they responded within a few min and was able to refund me the extra amount I paid due to onsite complications. Not only was customer service timely, but very friendly and great communicators. I felt cared for during a frustrating situation. Customer service made it right and was happy to help. Would absolutely recommend!!
