Quick delivery on am amazing gift
They were very helpful. I had to call them to get the scent I wanted as they had changed the packaging and I couldn't find it. The delivery was good, quick and well packaged. The problem is that the scent I ordered is not the same as the scent I have. I wanted Parks Exclusive No 3 and the Sandalwood and Ylang Ylang scent is totally different. The scents I got are very over powering and can't be used in a small area otherwise you get a headache. I am very disappointed as I loved my old scent and can't get it now. Other than that great service and delivery.

A few issues ordering the item as it took quite a few attempts going back & forth before managing to place the order. Maybe website was glitchy on the day.. Other than this minor hiccup the purchase went through smoothly. The diffuser was a gift & the recipient was really pleased with the product. I would definitely recommend it. The sandalwood & ylangylang scent is gorgeous.
I have always liked Parks diffusers. I have used so many others over the years, but none do the job as well as Parks. I have memories going back about 20 years when I started using them first, and my homes have always had a nice aroma due to Parks. And actually you only need a couple in the whole house. I love the Fig scent, but that's just me personally.
