I love Parks candles, they smell amazing. Strong enough to fill all the room but not too overpowering. I do love Parks candles and I buy a hell of a lot of them. They always deliver quickly and accurately.

I can only give a positive review about the equity of Parks products. I have never been disappointed the diffusers or candles. The customer service is usually good. I do have a longer wait for my orders being I am international delivery. Which I do understand the wait.

I always buy parks candles for myself, family and friends. Smells beautiful and last for long time, especially defusers. Very good Customer service, always replies to your enquires straight away. I highly recommend parks candles. Thank you very much to all the staff at parks.

Sadly this is another low score for Parks Candles items which is a shame. I did a fairly large order end of November 2024 for christmas presents for family & friends and myself, so feedback on the items are slowly coming back to me as they use the products I bought for them. I did ask them all to tell me what they though of the variable scents of the diffusers and candles. This review is for the diffuser 100ml Tuberose and Ylang Ylang, as always nicely packaged and and the smell is lovely but again it is a weak scent, my sister has it in her downstairs toilet, room size approx 6ft x 5ft so not a huge room and you can barely smell it in there until you are up close to it then you can tell its a lovely scent..she also knows how to turn the reeds etc as we have both been using diffusers for many years from several brands. I have been buying from Parks when they were Parks London and back then their diffusers were pretty strong and lasted well, you could smell them as soon as you opened a door in a good sized room let alone a downstairs toilet. But since purchasing from Parks Candles (they took over from Parks London) I don't know if different suppliers or different ingredients but this is now 2 diffusers we can't smell much, the first was the christmas Cranberries one I got for myself, see separate review on that and now this review for this Tuberose Ylang Ylang one. Parks Candles has good delivery, great customer service and good packaging etc but that doesn't make up for so far 2 different diffusers being such weak fragrances ,that's them being used in 2 different houses as well. I will be leaving reviews as each item is used,but if the other diffusers I purchased in November 2024 prove to be weak smelling too then I will not be ordering anymore , even at sale prices of £14 they won't be worth it, but hoping the others I ordered will have more scent to them. We just want to be able to smell them when walking into a room and not have to hover very close by, like next to it to enjoy the scent, nor does my sister whom I bought this scent for. Going by other reviews it appears I'm not the only one saying they have become less scented than they were previously.

Would not buy anything else . Customer service excellent quality is wonderful . I have a cupboard full of them you won’t buy better for the price

I am a great fan of their products especially the candles. Been buying them for a long time but lately I buy them online. Great prices when they have sales and wonderful delivery service to Spain. 100% recommend them.

Love it strong smelly

I LOVE these candles, especially at the sale price. The candles last a long time, smell amazing all the time (even when not lit) and the whole candle is used up. The Discovery sets are AMAZING and my extended family love these products so they are great for gifts. When I placed my order I was expecting the candles to arrive after Christmas but they arrived before, so very speedy service.

Delivered very fast, safely packed. Ordered candles as a Christmas gift for my friend. She was delighted. The whole box smelled amazing. I will definitely order again (the only minus is the cost of postage).

Best candels and fragrance ( rosemary & bergamot ) ever. A really quick and friendly response. You have to accept and keep in mind that the delivery takes a long time.

Delivered very fast,safely packed. Candles don’t have strong enough smell but they smell pleasantly when you’re close to them. I still like them but would not pay full price for them

Ordered Dec 1st, delivered to my country Dec 18th, Goods NOT in my hand yet by unknown reason. EDIT: Today Jan,10th the package containing my order came. I am happy to have these amazing diffuser at home. 5 stars !!! for products , 1 star off for delivery

This order (that was supposed to be Christmas presents for friends and family) was NOT delivered to my address. And despite several requests asking you to look into the matter you haven’t.

The offer and free postage was excellent so 5 star for that but I gave 2 starts for the diffuser. I usually love and admore your candles and diffusers. I ordered 3 christmas scents and currently suing the spicy mandaring, Unfortunately, it is scentless. I have tried it several places, positions and turned the diffusing sticks but still no scent. I hope the other two are better!
