This was my second purchase from Parks and this time I tried some different scents in both candle and defuser form, all of which smell amazing. Guests always comment on the candles when I’m entertaining. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick and easy to manage via DHL’s delivery notification app. I would highly recommend Parks Candles.
I haven't actually lit the candles yet, so can't review the products - although they do smell nice out of the box. The ordering process was simple, however, and delivery was prompt - and the product packaging is very smart!
Unfortunately for the candles that I purchased very cheap wick was used! When I mentioned to the company they made excuses. Trust me I know about quality when purchasing candles!
I’ve been buying Parks candies for 6 years now. I usually buy 7-8 pieces at a time. I loved the no lead wick, the natural wax and non chemical fragrance. The diffusers also fabulous. But every offer this last 6 months the pay pal option hasn’t worked. Always showing error. Then the money is taken but no order and then the next day the money goes back. I tried to email parks from the website link but no one bothers to answer so I rang twice… it goes to a call centre where they know nothing and can’t help, simply saying someone will call back. They never do. Being a premium product I’d expect more! My clients are large yachts and they buy these from me too. But when I couldn’t get hold of any this year… that stopped! When the So Chic was part of the 70% off I tried to buy 10. But it wouldn’t let me. So I finally was able to order on the NOIR offer last week. These have been my favourite ones for the deep fragrance . The PayPal actually worked. I was expecting it not to again. The order came and then disappointed… the noir candle jar is smaller. A lot smaller, and a cheaper glass :(. Then my favourite fragrance which is great in winter as it’s so heady and deep with patchouli…. I couldn’t smell it! They used to be strong in the box… but not now! It was lit ALL DAY…. And barely scented the house. If I wasn’t a hardened parks user I’d perhaps not know. But boy is there a change! Maybe as this WAS your premium candle and now you have others above noir, you’ve put that quality into the others. But that’s very deceiving to spend so much money … I don’t just buy one or two….. and then this. The biggest bonus is parks are a clean burn and they will burn flat down the the very last bit, then just tip the tiny bit of liquid wax left into your new candle and nothing is ever wasted 99% of the time.

The candle arrived well packaged and I was kept up to date with despatch and delivery. The candle smells wonderful. I only gave 4 stars as yet to see how the candle burns, based on continuous fragrance and how long the candle actually lasts.
I've been ordering from parks for sometime now and all I can say is WOW!!! There service is 2nd to none from candles to Diffusers is OMG Incredible My favs so far Black Magic Diffuser Patchouli & Amber Baies Exquis Diffuser I have tried many others since first ordering from them a few years back. I ordered a candle which came with the preservative packet broken and no lid on a yellow candle, the preservative ruined the candle.The box was in poor condition, as was the label on the candle. It looked old. It was sticky and a mess, I tossed the whole thing out, it was supposed to be a gift.
