I ordered a gift voucher but, although my card was instantly charged, the recipient did not receive it (which was very disappointing as it was meant to be a birthday gift). Slow response from the IT team - it took them 4 days to resolve the issue and resend it.

I love parks candles however I was disappointed that I did not receive the items I ordered. I was told by customer services there had been system issues and that the items weren’t actually available therefore I had been sent substitutes but I would have preferred to be alerted to this and given an option whether to receive the substitute items or not. Then I was offered store credit instead of a full refund (I am still waiting to hear if I will be offered a refund instead). Quality of candles is great but this time the service has been disappointing.
I love Parks candles and being an overseas customer it is great to be able to take advantage of Sales to purchase the products.

ordered 3 candles and received 2. Most expensive not included with the order. Immediately after delivery I contacted the company to let them know and got through to a call centre and was informed that they would pass on my details and I would receive a call back with in 24 hrs. 24 hrs later I contacted the call centre again. They can’t give me any information or anyone else I can call. There is no other way to contact the company to ask for the item to be sent or a reimbursement. Extremely frustrating and nothing I have experienced with any other company. Needless to say I will not be purchasing for this company again
Loving these candles and the discount is amazing on some items. Very pleased and my house smells amazing, I have been using Neom, Jo Malone and Valentte and these candles are far superior.
Slow delivery and lack of communication. Impossible to get hold of customer service representatives on a phone and no calls back received despite of multiple messages left to their call centre support team.
Bought a diffuser and it smells beautiful, very strong and lasting fragrance
Candles are lovely but the collection gift boxes were falsely advertised. You couldn’t read what was actually in each box but each image showed 6 products. There were 4 so the offer wasn’t as good as I had anticipated
