Part of my order was cancelled. Another part was not as described on the website which they acknowledged was wrong. However nothing done to rectify. It was described as 3 candles, however 1 candle came with 3 wicks. Be careful when buying

Fabulous candles that smell till the last burn - so much better than lots of other expensive well known brands! Love them !

**UPDATE **sorry but really bad service experience, the order was delivered before I was informed one items was cancelled which is a shame as after I ordered there was still stock, after i order, asked for a replacement was told no, I was sent a refund for 1 item as they over sold by this point. One item was missing from the same order, so two In total, CS spelt my name wrong in 3/4 emails not great customer care. And never sent tracking for the missing item. Very disappointing 😞 Great to have a reply here Carol not had one via email? Dose the RRP reflect your level of service? Because again you listed the item at that price and i don't believe the RRP is listed anywhere on the item? maybe these details should be on the listing. I'm not sure why that is something used to justify poor service? to be told your order will be partially delivered and the second part of your order will arrive 12 days later after been told it would be sent 8 day prior which it wasn't. Parks Club sale should not be so heavily promoted, I guess best to buy full price if you want proactive customers service. Such a shame it is a nice product. ... Great, the best quality and very fast delivery. The website could have more details.

Had to chase up an order made weeks before I got it , don't think anyone would've contacted me before I contacted them , emails were very rude from parks . No offer of a free anything in order when it finally came , my order was a birthday gift which was late to a friend because of this . Not happy at all with the service

Beautiful smelling set and so sophisticated in the display box. Bargain price in the sale too!

Wrong delivery, twice in a row despite confirmation that follow up would be done with the warehouse for the 2nd order. After full investigation by the customer service, the issue was found and due to wrong labelling and internal box problem which had added with the wrong barcodes. I finally got my original order free of charge, which I truly appreciated.
