The product as always really good. I was not kept in the loop with the delays so had to keep chasing via email. I was told issues with product etc but it was myself chasing. I did request compensation at first answer was no then I was told a candle was sent but on receipt no candle. I did not email again to ask for candle as to be honest I have had enough. Thanks

It took 3 weeks before eventually establishing, after multiple emails and phone calls with a promise of a callback, that the 10 wick candle, of which my husband wanted 2, was not available. Unfortunately Parks service is not what it used to be.

I never normally write reviews but I rarely buy candles from any other company now- even the most luxury candles struggle to compete. I was first bought a Parks candle as a gift and since then I’ve been hooked- they never tunnel like almost all other candles and they always have great throw. They also have fantastic sales throughout the year offering great value for money- amazing products and quick delivery. Hard to fault.

Der Duft ist toll- die Kerze gar nicht. Der Docht versinkt ständig im Wachs - Fehlkonstruktion. Leider. Ich würde sie niemals wieder kaufen.

The candles I ordered were really well packaged and so arrived undamaged. They are the new, seasonal candles, which were on special offer. The glass candle holder and the decoration were very stylish, as is the box holding the candle. The scent of the candles is both sophisticated and seasonal. Everything about these candles is luxurious, very happy with my purchase
