I love my candles x 4 and I loved my diffuser , loved because my husband threw it away today thinking it was empty ( 2 days old ) why ? Although furious I can confirm the fragrance from all my candles and room diffuser are / were beautiful Would I buy again ? In a beat !

I have been buying Parks candles for almost 30 years. I always buy Parks "Original" I used to buy everything from the first shop in St. Johns Wood. Now I live in California. My first order on parks candle the one I order went out stock parks email me explained they then said they said me another one out with same scent I had £100 candle for £26 well happy with that I will order again the smell of candles really nice the burn is clean the first parks candle I had was in toyl beauty box and loved it

Was a bit disappointed with the reed diffuser, despite it being placed in a small room and turning the reeds regularly to soak up the scent there just isn't that smell you would expect from it. update, the problem has been resolved after speaking with customer service. I found them to be very accommodating and offered excellent service, sorting this out very quickly within the week.

Always love park products and aromas , picked patchouli and amber as gives off a lovely ambience and in my spare / dressing room come tiny bedroom and so gorgeous when I am sitting doing my hair and ordered amber diffuser / candle set for my sons for Christmas as they love and black design , a classic . Lovely candles as always and delivery was super quick. However slightly disappointed as two of the candles were supposed to be gifts but when they arrived the boxes they came in were damaged so couldn’t gift them as they were.
