I bought two candles, both of them which smelled amazing! But the top of both glasses has been burned black completely after using them (they are burned halfway now). This is just a shame because it looks very ugly, while I really like the smell. I followed the guidelines of burning the candle for a certain amount of time, trimming the wick etc, so I don’t think it is caused by the way I burned them. On candles from other brands it also didn’t happen. For the price (almost 50€ per candle), I wish this would not happen. And personally I am a bit disappointed that a 50€ candle does not come with a top (but I knew this before buying ofc). Nice product but room for improvement Update: Parks Candles was not able to sort this out. I have provided them with all the necessary information, but I have received no solution as the candles were not directly purchased through their website. Quality of the product and service don’t by far live up to the price. Will not be buying any more products from this brand.

I love the fragrances. The diffusers arrived safely and were well packaged. The crystal candle arrived broken. The glass was cracked in multiple locations and broken off at the top. Parks replaced the broken candle! The fragrances are amazing. Highly recommend.
I love Parks products, and use this lavender spray every evening. Smells so fresh.
Hadn't heard of this company before they popped in on FB. Did the usual checks on Trust pilot and then made an initial purchase. Have made 2 more since. Very speedy delivery and lovely packaged products. Keeping an eye out for future sales as made items I bought a bargain
