I would like to thank Prince Nwaiwu for his invaluable guidance during and prior to my assessment day. The team is young and really cares for early careers, which made the day less stressful and more exciting. I wanted to also thank lots of others for their supportive yet challenging approach to the day. I highly recommend Pareto to anyone looking for a dynamic and professional work environment.

The transparency between myself and Pareto has been outstanding! There is a new person at every stage specialised to take you through their realm of expertise when applying for jobs. From introductory, assessment centres, interviews, and finally placement. I am recommending Pareto highly to my friends. Thank you again Lottie!

I had a really good experience with Pareto and especially Hannah R. who walked me through the process in a friendly and professional manner. The assessment day itself was very well structured and was a great opportunity to network with peers! All in all, a very good experience.

Waste of time. The interview process is extremely long and tedious. This interview process was longer than any other process that I have had to do for even real jobs. Most interviews are just 3-4 interviews of maximum an hour. With Pareto, you have a a couple of screening rounds, and then the final assessment day, which is extremely long (about 5 hours).

Pareto were amazing. After a long-ish career in medical research, I attended the assessment day in 2023 for a sales position which was a long and challenging day. I unfortunately didn’t get the role but afterwards I landed a fantastic position with them at a US company. Unfortunately the company closed its UK offices. I went back to Pareto and landed a role at a highly reputable company at London Bridge. Each time the recruiters really listened to what I wanted and helped me to prep for the position. Pareto literally changed my life for the better. A big thanks to Sasha Blackburn, Charlie Pettit and Ben Turner- all are superstars!

I was invited to the Pareto assessment day by Ollie, who was very attentive and helpful throughout the process. I learnt so much during the day and was delighted to become Pareto successful. The day after, I was contacted by Briony who put me into an interview and ensured I was well prepared. She answered all my questions and made me feel very confident for my interview. Within 1 week of competing the assessment day, I was given an interview and had a job offer, which I was very happy with and therefore accepted. I am now settling in to my new sales role and can’t thank Ollie and Briony enough! Fabulous team, thanks guys!!!!!

I have just started my third week in my new tech sales role thanks to Pareto. Pareto ran a very well organised assessment day at their Farringdon office which was a fantastic experience. Post assessment day the staff were extremely helpful in supporting me while finding my new role, which took less than 2 weeks! I need to thank Oliver Secombe as my graduate manager as well as Briony Richards and Oliver Du Fou who helped me find my role post assessment day, all three of those staff members were excellent and very professional the whole way through my Pareto experience. I have already recommened Pareto to a friend of mine and would urge anyone interested in a sales carer to get in touch with them.

Everyone who I have come across at Pareto has been extremely helpful friendly and professional. From my initial conversation with graduate manager Max, to the online assessment day with Yoan and working with Saz to find the right opportunity the Parato team have been a pleasure to work with and really helped me find the right role 10/10 would recommend to graduates looking to get into Saas

I had a great experience with Pareto. I was approached with a phone call following my application I sent via Linked In. This was then swiftly progressed onto a group interview within the following days. It was a pretty lengthy interview but understandable. I was successful in my interview, put forward to interview for Pareto themselves and upon being unsuccessful here I had multiple different recruiters approach me with other job opportunities. The first one I went ahead with gave me the job after 2 more interviews. It was very helpful and smooth sailing. The whole thing took around a month from the first point of contact to the final interview for the second role.

Pareto provided me with a personalised and impeccable candidate experience. They managed to place me in a week even though I had a 5 year career break, moved countries and switched career paths. What an amazing team !!!!!

Pareto Assessment Day was full of fun challenges. Hannah was amazing when it came to preparation and always was available to speak and guide me when I needed help.

I got invited to the assessment day, they said get there for 12pm as that is when the day will begin, it actually began at 1:30pm, nobody told us what was going on or when we’d start. At 1:30pm finally Pareto employees turned up, didn’t even introduce themselves and sat at the front looking at their laptops. The ‘employers’ were also there but didn’t introduce themselves either. We were told to be dressed professionally, but that was not reciprocated. We were then in there for about 3 hours introducing ourselves and got put into 2 group tasks. The day seemed to be very go go go but then a lot of waiting around was also involved. It was shambles. Waiting around without knowing what to do to only be invited to a 3 minute pitch and be told ‘I want to get this day over with as much as you do so get started’. Utterly unprofessional. We then waited for another hour to be told we’re unsuccessful and to leave. No feedback given even a week later. I will not be recommending this to anyone at all. Waste of time and money.

Scam company. They will advertise jobs about sales but they will post jobs to do with other positions like I applied for business analyst. It's all just sales that's all they offer it's a new way to scam people into sales positions. I have a degree and tons of experience in sales I don't need a sales position with Pareto. I did a 5 hour session on zoom with them, waste of time. The director said it to me you wouldn't be here if you didnt want a sales job. If anything is sales sales sales and it's not what you applied for then don't do it. They do misleading adverts like the one I applied for. Something is wrong with this company , if you want a sales job go for it , but if you want something else out of sales do not do it, they will waste your time in hopes you become a salesman for their personal targets FYI they will totally waste your time. I was told they actually only offer sales based positions whatever the fancy title it is literally sales.

I attended a full-day assessment day in January. The Pareto team as a whole ran the day seamlessly and it was an enjoyable experience. Special shout out to Oli Sercombe who was my graduate manager and supported me throughout the process from my first screening interview through to a job offer - I couldn’t have done it without his guidance in preparing for the assessment day. Thanks Oli!

I had been successful in the assessment day and everyone was super helpful and accommodating or rather just appearing to be. I had been in contact with Levi Scothern and Max Winterton. Levi got me an interview with Aalco and I was told by my interviewer that he thought it went well and when I asked if they had any reservations about me as a candidate they advised me that it would sent back to Pareto to let me know what their feedback was. Max was unresponsive when I had asked him for help with the uploading of my documents as I have recently moved across the country so only had scanned copies when it was asking for a photo to be taken. I have called and emailed several times and cannot seem to get through. After this I was called by two separate advisors one was called Ollie and I cannot recall the name of the other lady I had spoke to. They called to ask me about a role in Leicester. To which I responded that the commute is over 2 hours so it would not be suitable. I then raised the fact that I had no response and I was told that there would be a message left for Levi. Having called Aalco they delivered the feedback directly to me and advised that it is something that pareto themselves should be doing. I'm really disappointed that I appeared to have wasted my time and that Pareto seemed like a trustworthy and forth coming company. Please consider training the staff to complete follow up and managing their workloads as clearly they cannot seem to handle a telephone call or a courtesy email to say sorry you have not been successful that would be more appropriate than ghosting individuals that wasted 4 hours in an assessment day. I am surprised that there is this much room for incompetency at such a large company, from reading the rest of the reviews many have experienced the same and I am astounded at the lack of professionalism.
