Wanted to buy product information said in stock took payment automatic thank you for your purchase 2 days later THE ITEM I BOUGHT HAS BEEN TERMINATED 2 DAYS LATER PAYMENT REFUNDED. UPDATING THE WEBSITE WOULD OF SAVED ME TIME 1ST IMPRESSIONS ARE PARAMOUNT I PERSONALLY WON'T BE RETURNING.

I ordered a DOC robot on Saturday with a 2-3 day shipping received a text confirmation. No text update to say it had been shipped. Check bank account today (Thursday) to find a refund. No email or text to advise. Checked on website, item out of stock Poor communication
Ordered something that cost £35 and sent a completely different product that costs £8.99 on their website. Contacted them on live chat and no response. The following day I emailed their customer services and still no response. I am out of pocket and still without the product I ordered. I have now opened a paypal dispute. Think Amazon will be the better bet now!

My order was cancelled without telling me. I only found out when checking my order on the website after the product had been due.
Only received half of the order after several attempts of contacting I finally got a reply a week later. However problem still not been resolved and still awaiting a reply
