I ordered 24 tins of beans 10 were thrown away as they were badly dented, packaging was fine so they must have been like that when being packaged
You are advertising wrong items against the trade descriptions act, I am going to complain to everybody I can find.
Stop advertising on amazon 100gm pouches (for which i paid)but you only deliver 85 gm pouches
Put In order then only when contacted them 4 days later to say tracking number was not recognized they then replied sorry put of stock but did get immediate refund

the item was smashed beyond use by the delivery system, though it said fragile , the parcel was obviously thrown around without care. However the customer service for returns and refunds was exemplary. I was asked for photographs, return was freee and full refund without a quibble.

Wasa just about to order chocomel from this site then saw the complaints and bad reveiews and not one single reply from papaval! I won't be purchasing off these people thats for sure they can't even be bothered to answer and defend their bad comments what is the chance they will sort your issue if you have one. ZERO
