Made a purchase through Amazon. Delivery was through Hermes who are well known for not delivering than delivering. So beware you may not receive your goods or get a refund from this company

Avoid this company like the plague, I placed an order through Amazon for what was advertised as 12 bags of Terry's orange mini eggs for £18.49 as a gift for someone, what they sent me was 5 bags of Terry's orange segments with the bags stamped with a price of £1.25. So was charged £18.49 for £6.25 worth of goods. Contacted them about their error and received a rather blunt reply, return the package for a refund (which I would have to pay for) or keep the goods and receive a refund for the missing items, asked for a refund for the missing items and they have offered £10.79 🤔, now I'm no maths genius but £18.49 minus the £6.25 doesn't come to £10.79. I know it's only £1.45 of a difference but I don't see why I should be out of pocket due to their incompetence, the whole thing smells like a scam and looking at the reviews on trust pilot it seems like this is a regular occurrence......
