Listing products they don’t have in stock. In the modern world it’s not hard to track stock.
I searched felippo berio olive oil and in the shopping tab Google showed as first option a good promotion of an order with two packages which I bought. Later I received only one package. I called the shop and they said I shouldn't trust Google!!! And was it! No retuning item nor refund option. Very dishonest behaviour!

I read reviews only after placing a large order, so slightly concerned they may be issues after seeing 1* reviews. But I hadn't have worried, my order came quickly, smaller items were well packaged and everything was in good condition, within date and no items missing.
