I ordered 6 tubes of Oral B whitening toothpaste at £3.69 a tube (because they wouldn't allow an order for less than 6) on Amazon from this scam outfit. What i got was 6 tubes of Oral B toothpaste with £1 RRP written into the packaging. When I complained they said there was nothing wrong with what they sent me. After intervention from Amazon they said I can return it for a full refund. First of all, I don't trust them to refund me. Secondly, I am not paying to return something that they should never have sent me. Strongly recommend that no one deals with them. They are dishonest.

Only 2 of 6 items were delivered. I was given 3 tracking numbers. Only one gave updated information. I raised this issue with a member of the team. They said the item would come and to give it 2 to 3 days more. I requested updated information for the other two tracking numbers. I was then told that the rest of the order was processed for a refund. I have ordered from them before and everything was fine. Unfortunately, this time round the service was not very good. There was no information as to where the rest of my order was and why the tracking information was several days old. I wouldn't order again as it was an of putting experience. However, the refund was processed very quickly.

Ordered two cases of 15 bottles only one was delivered. I sent a message to the seller and have had no reply

Poor supplier: sends wrong item and then fails to immediately replace or refund. This was through Amazon too.

I love this app but my order got handed to someone else in my block of flats because I still haven't had my red bull

Totally the wrong items were sent out. When I contacted the company by telephone twice. It was difficult communicating and there was both a lack of clarity and interest on their part. I then received an email saying if I returned the products they’d send out the correct items! That process looked laborious and time consuming. So I gave up bothering. They really need to get their act together and compensate customers for their silly errors! I suggest the manager at Papaval gets a grip on her or his workforce and improves customer service. Judging from other reviews on Trudy Pilot I’m not their only unhappily client.

One of the items was damaged in transit, so I contacted Papaval and they couldn't have been more helpful. Item was returned free of charge, and thy sent a replacement immediately. Would order from them again

Amazing shop , very fast delivery.

The communication was not very good. I never received a dispatch confirmation or tracking number and when I queried the delivery I had very short answers back and the emails I received did not come across very professional. I did receive my package but the lack of communication before delivery made me doubt whether I would even receive my order or if it was a scam. I would not order again
