I knew what I was after, and noticed online that outdoorworld direct offered the best price. The item ( a large tent ) arrived a few days later, on time with no delays. I haven’t yet managed to get the tent up to check and make sure all is okay, however I am sure it will be.

ordered the Zonda 6ep tent, thinking it was the package deal as both the tent and package were the same price. As it turns out we only ordered the tent, however after emailing CS, Chelsea not only sent out the footprint, but also found us a universal carpet to fit, as the blurb at the time listed the carpet and footprint with the bundle. I had asked for the measurements so I could look for a carpet myself. Excellent service from Outdoor World Direct!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item. I contacted OWD and they could not be more helpful and promptly arranged for the correct item too be swapped for the wrong item. Excellent customer service.
Our experience began with a telephone query about a potential new awning for our motorhome. We had a particular one in mind but after discussing one or 2 queries on the phone with Chelsea she suggested a different model which might suit us better. As they had both on display we made the 50+ mile journey where we had excellent service from the staff in store. When we got home we realised we had taken the tall instead of midi awning, and again the staff went above and beyond to sort out the issue which was rectified the next day. Will definitely use them again, and recommend them unreservedly.

Ordered a drive away awning at the camping and caravan show last year and as it was not available till March this year, they kept in contact as to how my order was progressing, which was excellent. It has now arrived and so the process and communication was just ideal.

The outdoor garden chairs were delivered the next day and were of great quality and a lovely colour which was a change from the darker more heavily patterned chairs I’d been looking at. This is the first time I have used Outdoor World Direct and I would highly recommend.
