My first interaction with OutdoorWorldDirect was that of a good informative Website, followed by swift responses from Chelsea via email, even though it was Good Friday. We then drove from Sunderland to their showroom/store in Wakefield, believing a tent we were looking to buy was on display. When we arrived it was not, however Leanne said no problem they can take a couple of tents down and get this one up for us to look at. Her, Phil and another young lad set about doing so. Unfortunately, the tent was not fit for our purpose, but without hesitation another style of tent was duly erected and we made the sale of our Outwell Parkdale 4PA Tent. Overall we had great support, excellent knowledge of the tent purchased and first hand erection and stow away tuition..... First Class Service, I only wish they were closer to home :)
