I had some questions about an Outwell product. Had the most excellent customer service. Chelsea went out of her way to find out what I needed, and followed up each time by sending me information by email as she had promised. Absolute brilliant. The kind of service you expect from John Lewis. I bought a different product on the end. Prices much better than at Outwell directly which surprised me but was great. I would 100% go back to them first next time I need anything outdoor related.
