Markus and Zac have been very helpful in getting started on fibre. Markus is exceptional during the whole process...friendly helpful and understanding with my issues. Zac was quick to respond and most willing to visit us and help with setting up. Thanks guys...great job.
We haven't been with open infra that long and after having some initial teething problems the engineer (Zak), came over and configured our router and mesh system,we couldn't believe the difference it made ,we now have super fast broadband connection throughout our property and we can't believe the difference it makes ,many thanks ,we would thoroughly recommend Zak and infra !
Linus Genter visited our premises to discuss full fibre Internet access. He made three visits before we signed up but he was never pushy. Linus was extremely courteous and conveyed the information clearly and succinctly. As I had never heard of the company, I was cautious and wondered how beneficial it would be to move away from the provider we have used for 15 years. Linus was very professional and able to convey the benefits in a very convincing way, and so we signed up! He was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction and provide assurances of quality and reliability. We frequently him thereafter, and he remained friendly and approachable. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
I had some technical questions about IPv4, IPv6 and NAT type. Zak, an engineer at OpenInfra, was not only comfortable with answering these questions but a true expert in the field. The switch over to OpenInfra has been smooth and the support team has been supportive.
The router provided by the ISP has quite poor quality signal but Openinfra sent a technician round to help. Zak provided excellent advice and quite clearly really knows what he is talking about.
I had great service from. Open infra and I want to mention Zak gave me and our neighbours azing service. He is best⚘️🌱🙏
I am pleased with my visit from Mohamed who is one of the salesmen on our street here in Enfield. Having read all the wonderful reviews about their installation, I am really looking forward to joining their infrastructure.

Very unprofessional and pushy sales representatives who apparently don't understand the expression "no longer interested". After making an enquiry about a month ago a very rude and borderline aggressive guy didn't get we had changed our mind and were no longer interested. Ten minutes ago another representative form Open Infra rang the bell and claimed we had registered our interest 4 days ago, which is not true. He was similarly quite pushy and didn't seem to understand that we are NO LONGER INTERESTED! Please stop pestering us. Thank you.
These guys have been knocking on our door for over month , after we said that we do not want to move to their network, they are still hassling us . Worse than a spam callers . We are happy with our current provider and why can’t they accept and leave us along.
Markus the customer service representative for open infra answered all my queries quickly, with great detail. I will always ask for him from now on! :) I'd like to also mention Zak who has been very efficent with a warm welcoming personality and has been super amazing with setting everything up I am truly happy to be apart of open I Infra and their new journey in the UK, and I will recommended this to my friends and family.

Open Infra have been superb in setting up my Mesh system to enable me to have great WIFI around the whole house. The service has been very attentive and polite and may I, in particular, mention Zak who has done a great job.

I had Open Infra installed a few months ago. I had to get a mesh system in addition so to coverage my whole house. Open Infra were extremely helpful with this, offering to get it all set up for me free of charge. Tobias was very helpful always responding quickly to any queries. Zak came to my property a number of times to help install the mesh system, he was brilliant too. I'm very happy with their service and i know if i have an issue going forward they will be there to help.
I had one of their salespeople knocking on my door on the 18th of April. After he explained which company he was representing, he told me that fibre optic installation would be free of charge and that there was nothing to pay. To register my interest in installing this free service, I had to fill in and sign the online form. The online form consisted of a few lines requiring me to fill in personal details: name and Last name, Contact number, email address and signature. He never told me that signing these terms would bound me into 36 months, £28 a month fee. Instead, he misled me and made me sign the documents without clarifying what terms I would be bound into. When we received the digital copy, we realised signing the document meant that we were locked into the 36-month, £28 a month contract with open infra and had this been made clear to me, I would not have signed the online forms under any circumstances. I'm appalled that consumer rights are so much protected these days. Your company uses dirty tactics to manipulate and mislead customers to get them to sign the contracts without clarifying the terms and what they will be responsible for once they sign. The company is breaching consumer laws, trading and advertising standards, and I'm puzzled to understand how they can trade with dishonesty, manipulation and misleading customers.
The salesman knocked at our door and told my son I have agree for the installation and ask him to sign the installation which I didn’t when I heard, I was so furious and upset that the salesman had lied to my son. My son was is in tears. Very disappointed for believing the salesman now he told me that he is so sorry and he will never believe anyone anymore. Shame on you open infra. I never agree about any installation as I am happy with my current Broadband company.
I was approached this afternoon by a salesman from the company open infra. He then asked if my dad was in, in which I responded no. He then told me he works for open infra and that my dad and him spoke, and that my father wanted the product. Later when my dad arrived back home, I asked him about it and was informed this was not the case. I was lied to and manipulated into giving information. This has changed my perspective of salesman in general for the future as I will now always see them as liars. Which is a shame as I am sure there are honest salesman working hard, however I will not be able to believe anyone anymore. I am young and I am just starting my life, but this situation has definitely changed my perspective.
The team fixed the problem at my property very efficiently. It happened at the weekend, but the area manager made contact and gave me the assurance. They were very professional. The communication was excellent. Very good for a growing firm. Best wishes.
