I am sick to death of being harassed by these sales people. We spoke to the same guy 4 times last week. Have been getting knocks on the door multiple times a week for months and months in EN1. I’ve just had 2 guys banging on and on, ignoring me saying I’m not interested AGAIN. Then telling me I’ll have to sign up sooner or later. I said well it’ll be later, and shut the door. I am having a baby in a few weeks. Stop bothering me. A lot of your reviews seem to mention the same/only Technician Zak? Must be a very busy guy or your positive reviews aren’t real. I know there’s a lot of bad reviews on Swedish Trustpilot of this company. And that signing an agreement actually means you’ve signed up to 36 month contract that’s nearly £30 a month without that being made clear to you. Expecting a response from Open Infra saying I need to email them to say I’m not interested….amazing that your salesmen can’t do that as I’ve told them that a good 10 times.

Martin is absolutely smashing , I had to call him few times to come and sort things out for us. Every time he came promptly and with a smile on his face, did his best to get things done quickly and efficiently , amazing service, he is an asset to the company

Signed up for the service in April/May 2023 during the charm offensive, was told to expect around July 2023 or autumn at latest for the service to go live in my part of Enfield. We are still waiting in 2024 and I would have renewed my existing ISP contract for another year if I'd had clearer communication regarding realistic install dates.

We signed up for open infra many months ago. We were promised that we would be connected in February and the internal box was fitted before Christmas. Since then everything has gone quiet. Emailed them and was told it was now March but nothing at all has happened. Shocking service!

We were on 30Mbps unstable internet for a while and had no choice to getting a better connectivity. This all changed when OpenInfra chose our North West London area for fiber to the premises rollout! Great company and great service. Thanks.

For the speed we get and the price we pay it compares to nothing else. It took a while at the start to get connected because it takes times to get the infrastructure in place. From them contacting various neighbourhoods to get sign ups to check feasibility to actually getting online took around a year. However well worth the wait. Plus we had time to finish our existing contract. We also have a WhatsApp group for our area so any small niggles can be troubleshooted. There are always people who complain and generally they are the ones who leave bad reviews. Honestly this company are brilliant, definitely worth signing up in you are lucky enough for them to set up infrastructure in your area. Yes there have been a few occasions of downtime, but all services have this due to upgrades etc.

Great service at a price that Openreach should be embarrassed by. Speeds are excellent, and for a newish service provider (in the UK), reliability has been solid, with only occasional short breaks for upgrades. Customer service is also good: long may it continue.

Great speeds and very good, personal, customer service. If there are problems you know someone is on to it and it's not some anonymous call centre somewhere that doesn't really care (like Sky and/or BT). So glad I signed up with them

Cheaper, much much Faster and way Better than what I had, although never had a problem with Vodafone FTTC connection. We signed up from the initial flyer and although had to wait till our area got cabled up - it was worth the wait. Highly recommended and extremely happy with what we have been provided.

Had this service now for over a year. I was a first adopter for this provider in this area of London but the Openreach service and speeds (whatever ISP we used as same infrastructure) was soooooo bad and they didn't care as a monopoly that I worked with other locals to get Open Infra to this area. Best thing I've ever done (bar marriage and kids before anyone asks!!!) Speeds are amazing, service reliable and well worth all the effort helping to get them up and running here in NW London. Have no fears if they arrive in your area. You'll never look back.

This company has revolutionised fibre optics in London, their network is super fast, affordable, and reliable!

Better than sliced bread (in Barnet)- great speeds - great price - far less than the monopoly who offer terrible speeds with a guaranteed price rise = +3.9% a top class service with a Swedish accent

I signed up to OI the second the flyer came through the post and have not looked back since, install was quick and easy and the box was placed on a 1st floor exactly where I wanted it with no mess. I have 900mb/ 900mb and via my wired connection and get exactly that speed. I have not had any significant customer service issues but the one I did have was resolved quickly. No complaints at all and would 100% recommend.

Cheaper than my previous provider. Much faster service. And personalised customer care via Tobias. Occasionally the server thinks I’m based in Norway but it’s only a minor challenge.

We have constantly told the salespeople to stop coming to our house and they continue to do so. We've had two in the last three days. No means no, stop coming to our door. We have no callers clearly visible. Simply go away, we are fine with the current provider. EDIT: I will not be sending you an email for you to update YOUR records. YOUR salespeople should update your records.

I am one of many in Barnet who have been harassed by the Open-Infra salespeople. While I am perfectly capable of telling them to go away, there are many elderly in our community who may be brow beaten or made anxious by this form of aggressive sales technique. Comments like "Why don't you want it?" or "It's better than what you are currently getting" are not acceptable. I am also intrigued how some in our community have almost acted as agents for the company with messages on local neighbourhood Whatsapps. Very poor!

The whole team have been excellent from the beginning. Yes, it’s true it took a while from when we registered our interest to receiving the service, but these expectations were managed from the start, we knew there had to be enough people in our road signed up before we recieved installation. Since installation, the team at open infra and Optyx have been super responsive. Martin even came out on a Sunday night to replace a faulty router within an hour of my raising the issue. There are some building works going on at our property, and a contractor (not from open infra) accidentally cut through the fibre cable, this was resolved very quickly with open infra. For the price we pay, the speeds we get, and the service I have recieved I can only give them 5 stars so far, we were paying nearly double what we pay now for a service less than a fifth slower than what we have now, it’s been liberating!

Rarely do I write reviews. However, having just finished meeting with Jake from Open Infra (currently based in Colchester), I feel compelled to leave my review. I am extremely impressed with the service Open Infra are offering regarding upgrading to a fantastic new fiber optic Internet provider. If you receive a cold call knock on your door from an Open Infra representative, I can genuinely recommend it is definitely worth listening to what they have to offer. This is probably the only time I will ever encourage anyone to accept a cold call! I really wanted my review to be more about Jake. I actually bumped into him whilst I was walking several dogs in the most dreadful weather conditions, cold, windy and pouring down with rain. He was so kind to stop and help me gather my dogs (I'm a dog walker and had five dogs!) and help me get them on their leads and into my car! I invited him in for a cuppa and to hear what he had to say regarding Open Infra. It was the least I could do after all his help with the dogs! I was beyond impressed with Jake (irrespective of whatever company he represented). He was very professional and extremely polite and respectful. No corny hard sell tactics, just very open and honest, and genuinely warm and engaging. He's only in his early 20's, however it was evident he has had a very strong work ethic for the several years he has been in the workplace, following completing his degree. I believe he would be an amazing asset to any company he works for. I have signed up with Open Infra but, as I said previously, my review is really more about how impressed I have been with Jake. He is clearly extremely intelligent, yet humble and modest. Not once did he allude to anything negative regarding his current job, however, I know enough about how demanding and challenging any role in this area of work can be. Having spotted him in my area for several days, I know he has been pounding the streets for long hours in the worst possible weather conditions which takes some doing. I was his last visit of the day, he was soaked through, obviously extremely cold and probably exhausted. Despite this he didn't express, even the slightest hint, that he had most likely had a really tough day. He is clearly an asset to his company, or any company who might be lucky enough to snap him up in the future. It was a pleasure to meet him and I would like to wish him all the best for his future.

We are not interested in Open Infra's offering. We have been harassed numerous times by in-person calls to our door, sometimes by two employees which has felt intimidating. The behaviour that is absolutely deplorable is accosting me whilst I am either about to pull off my drive or when I have already done so and knocking on my car window when my vehicle is in the middle of the road! This is simply insane. Surely common sense prevails that when someone is in their car which is on or moving they are not available for a conversation. Further to this, on both these occasions I have seen the OI employees sitting in their vehicles, parked directly in front of my house. Why not approach me when I leave the house? Or ring the bell whilst I am in? What is the purpose of waiting until I am in a situation that is a) not conducive to a conversation b) unsafe / has potential to cause an accident.

I signed up last year, they have not installed, don't feel they will as they have installed elsewhere in the area, perhaps there's too much work to do it where I live.
