Fantastic and Fast service! Open infra has been great from the start to finish, they have kept us up to date in terms of any delay or time adjustment. We didnt have to wait too long to the time they initially promise to install, considering they are installing new lines I expected a bit of a delay, but even so, the service and communication as been great, and the speed to price ratio i beleive is currently unmatched by whats out there. I would defenitely recommend. I would like to thank Zack and the team for sorting out the network with little to no hassle.
I had an amazing service from Open Infra and I have to mention Zac who was an absolute superstar in dealing with my issues once he arrived at my door! Everything was done as planned and he went beyond what I was expected, so I applaud this great gentleman!

We are getting set up by Open Infra for our broadband as so far, the service we have received have been excellent. I'd especially would like to mention the technician (Ali Safwat). He was attentive, polite and super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept us informed of when he will be arriving, taking care not to damage our property and provide advise when asked. We are looking forward to get the service started and hope the service is just as great as the staff. Thanks Ali.
Very good customer service from the telephone communication to the people installing
Avoid at all costs! This company will not stop harassing us... constantly knocking on our door trying to get us to sign up for months. They knock at all times of day... sometimes twice in 1 day. They have even stopped us in the street when trying to do the school run. Our current Internet connection is excellent so we do not need to change companies... even if we wanted to change companies I wouldn't dream of signing up with these people! Our neighbour had an 'open infra coming soon' sign in their garden which they have now taken down... probably fed up of waiting as clearly the company need to get the whole street to sign up for it to be affordable for them to install. With the constant door knocking they are clearly desperate.
Great fast service We ordered the fibre line with the team on Thursday, they installed the external and internal box on Monday and the router on Tuesday all working beautifully Markus has been great helping me with this process at every step Line is working great and super fast as they promised
We just had our box installed by two very helpful, friendly and efficient guys called Ali and George. Excellent service. They dealt with a few issues and left everything tidy, and even used filler to cover holes that were there before they came. Thank you.
It’s been a longer journey than expected to get this fibre optic broadband sorted and fully connected. But since Zac came into the picture things started to happen. We were supposed to get fully connected today but the guys who were supposed to come had an accident. Zac came to our house and called another team member who came over. They stayed behind today to make sure the installation actually happened as promised. I must add that Tobias has also worked tirelessly in the background. We are now connected and everything runs smoothly. Thank you all.

Zak from open infra was a pure gentleman. Very knowledgeable and was able to get my internet up and running in no time.

What a great day!! I live in Mill Hill, and have just had the team from Open Infra attend the house to change a box installation, run the fibre cable, splice it all together, and commission the system, all on the same day. Honestly, I felt like royalty with the number of people that came to do their bit and ensure that it all went smoothly. Each one of them was friendly, efficient, skilled and knowledgable, but a special shout out to Zak who went above and beyond the call of duty, and was at all times in our dealings, friendly, knowledgable, and so keen to help that it puts other telecoms providers to shame. I should also mention Emma back at base, who at all time was friendly, helpful, and got things done....despite my numerous calls with questions over details and timings. Well Done guys - just make sure the prices stay stable as well!!
I live in NW7 and recently had Fiber Optic installed in my area/house. The process was not easy or straight forward for the past 18 plus months, until we got to the installation stage and Zac arrived on site. He was super and explained everything to us brilliantly well. Thanks Zac. Michael
The worlds best infrastructure for internet!
I live in London NW7. BT felt that it did not want to update the copper wires any time soon so I was struggling by on Standard 45Mb Infinity. Fortunately Open Infra came to town and now I have 500Mb download and upload. Totally reliable service. Just one brief outage in the past two months when there was a power cut in the area - remedied within 5 minutes. Great service!
Still mid process of the install but have to say Zak was superb in attending to issues and helping with a plan that works well for us.
