Didn't get my items and was informed I cancelled the order when I never did (to which they will reply you did... No I didn't) , one of their members of staff did and charged me 20% re-stocking fee, admittedly I assumed that they would assisted delivery into the property this was my error but calling me "Mr refused delivery" when delivery was not attempted. I can take that I should of just let them deliver even thou it was raining and the plasterboard is not protected just to not have gone through debates on who was right or wrong but calling me "Mr refused delivery" isn't professional at all it's actually one of the most immature conversations I've had with customer service in all my time in the construction industry. This excludes the lady I spoke to she was polite and helpful.

Can't fault the service. Weren't able to supply what I ordered but sent more slightly smaller boards to ensure correct Square metre. Delivery came early on the morning I requested. Great price on the plaster board. Definitely will use again.

Took 3 days (their stated delivery time) to tell me it would be another 17 days until they could deliver - and that they couldn't deliver the most urgent/important item. Understood that stock can run out - but 3 days to cancel not acceptable. Will now have to get a van to drive miles to collect and hours to source
