Cowboy firm who don’t know what communication is, ordered 3 products which were stated to be in stock, was given a delivery date of the following week which came and went, when I contacted them they knew it wasn’t going to be delivered! 2 weeks later 1/3 of my order arrived, again more emails with no answers, so I had to contact SIG Distribution direct to get my delivery, they were very helpful, so after 2 months I finally got everything I paid for. As for this firm they still haven’t checked I got everything and no refund or compensation, not even an apology! Save yourself the hassle and go direct, cut out the incompetent middle cowboy. Update: Yes this review is meant for you! I read Yasmin’s review and your practices have not changed, so I felt obligated to inform people of the service they are likely to receive, had I done so before they may well have gone elsewhere and got a better level of service.

Never order from this dropshipper ordered insulation all paid for + delivery charge they messed up the order for 3 weeks these guys keep fobbing me off with excuses after excuses they do not hold stock nor have their own vehicles stern warning to those who want to place order with these guys, never again never, rookie cowboys dropshipping off their suppliers back
Delivered on time and the product was good My order was for Celotex however received a substitute Ecotherm product which should really have been agreed as an acceptable change first rather than notification only.
