The insulation was delivered in excellemt condition, and a day early. The lorry driver was very helpful and assisted me in puting the insulation in the garage. I would recommend to anyone who was looking for good quality insulation.

Shocking customer service. Delivered a different brand of Insulation board that was cheaper on their website but still charged me the same price. So under-handed. When I complained their defence was that it was stated in the receipt email that a different brand would be supplied. Who actually checks an email receipt when you've just ordered something online? Then told me that it's stated on their website that they can supply alternatives. So warning.....make sure you're getting what you paid for. Tried to fob me off saying it's the same spec stuff......if it was the same then why has it got a different name on it!!!!! Flatley refused any kind of compensation beyond a refund of the difference in price. Delayed my build by a week......shocking shocking customer service!!!!!! Beware.

Overall excellent service, but when I looked at the web price’s then added them to my basket the price went up 12%!!! Phoned to be told we have had a price increase!! Be aware! But excellent service and first class delivery.
