All exactly as I would have wished for. Clear information for ordering materials with choice of delivery dates to suit me. Kept informed via email of my orders progress. On the day of delivery I phoned them to ask if they had an idea of time and they got back to me stating a 2 hour time slot. Goods arrived (as ordered) and driver was friendly and helpful as my property has a tight access but there was no rush or grumbling. Goods were offloaded and placed a close as practically possible. All in all very happy with the process and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

I ordered a mix of insulation and plasterboard, good price and customer service. There was a slight problem when delivered as wrong angle beads sent but the customer service team rectified this in under 24hrs. A very professional firm and I recommend them highly.
