I received regular updates both about the order and the delivery, I even got a call to say the delivery was on it's way. The insulation itself was great, well packaged and put where I asked. Overall I'm really pleased and even better we now have a fully insulated summerhouse. Overall a great result.

After placing my order, I have been threatened with unlawful charges if onlineinsulation-sales.com cancels my order due to issues at their end: "However, if there are any issues on the day of delivery and we cannot contact you via a telephone number, we will have to charge a cancel delivery charge of £60 plus VAT." A consumer's statutory rights in the UK forbid such charges, so this threat of unlawful charges is highly concerning. I also notice their terms include other unlawful charges such as a restocking fee for non-business customers if orders are cancelled more than 24 hours after placing the order. Restocking fees were banned years ago.

I bought a mineral wool on your website only because you wrote "delivery within 2 working days. I took a vacation and ordered the goods. After payment, I received an e-mail that the delivery will be later. After two but weeks. The price is comparable everywhere, only the delivery time won. I wrote an e-mail, then I sent email, please delivery on a Friday, because I finish earlier, rest of the week I work until 5 pm every day and I am always at home after 5.30 pm The transport arrived on Thursday and was kicked out at the door without any signature or pick-up. It was in the rain for 5 hours for thiswool insulation, I do not recommend this supplier.

Great customer service. Had to cancel part of my order and then the day before delivery needed to add goods. All made very easy. One product was out of stock and a replacement was given which was more expensive but I wasn’t charged the extra.
