The purchasing and delivery choice of delivery was fine. However, the delivery driver just dropped the boards on the drive (blocking it) so my wife and daughter had to carry them around (in heavy rain ) to the back of the house themselves.

Online insulation has been very easy to deal with from start to finish , very good on price couldn't find cheaper and with the free delivery on orders over 300 pounds it made the job very affordable. Fast delivery with someone on the end of the phone it's not like other online firms Will use them again and recommend you use them to , well done.
Ordered Celotex, was sent Recticel. Would really have preferred the Celotex, but time constraints wouldn't have allowed for the hassle of redelivery. Also ordered plasterboard and 1 sheet in the middle of the pack was badly damaged. In my case I just needed insulation and I over ordered on the plasterboard, so not worth complaining about, but its not ideal that I didn't get what I actually ordered. I am happy with the price and the delivery was great with its own forklift. I would probably use again though for convenience.

good speedy delivery with nice driver but insulation brand changed for a different manufacturer..was told about it and probably not an issue with building control.
