Two sheets of insulation damaged, one by driver dropping it on delivery. Driver listed damage on delivery note, said I would be refunded for damage, but so far I’ve heard nothing.

I found the website easy to use. Good price for the PIR foam I wanted. I was given the option of a delivery slot a week later, and that's when it arrived. The driver was very helpful and cheery. All in all a good experience.
On time and a great price
I ordered 18 panel of insulation, only received 6 and was I formed by the driver this was due to a shortage of materials, I have left a message to try and find out when I should recive the rest of my order but I am still awaiting a response. Other then this the 6 panels I received did arrive promptly so that's nice at least.

Ordering was a bit strange as the company only accepts payment by paypal .. for which i don,t have an account ... it was overcome by them sending me a bill to pay paypal from my credit card which was then sent on to their account . Once sorted the ordering process went smoothly and the insulation sheets arrived as promised.. I would use Online insulation again .... i felt that the cost of delivery was quite steep for small orders and i feel sure there must be a cheaper way of getting deliveries to customers who only want a small order

Quick and easy to order. Good quality insulation which was a breezr to cut to size using a reciprocating saw. Delivered quickly too.
