Easy to order and great delivery
This would have been five stars but a delay of two days inconvenient our schedule, however first class product at a good price and helpful delivery driver made up for this.
Turned up when I asked it to and was able to track the driver to the door so I didn't miss it. However, both the type of insulation and the thickness of the plasterboard was changed after I ordered it. Not a massive problem, but they clearly accept orders for materials they don't have and then ship out something similar because it suits them.
Purchased 7 foil backed insulation boards. All good except the packing. Boards came taped together with a tape that took the foil backing off the outer two boards in the pile when removed. Also they were packed on top of a couple of scrap pieces, however they had been glued together, removing yet more foil backing when separated.

Delivered spot on time. Good price. Brand change from Cellotex to Kingston but informed prior to delivery with chance to object. I was happy with the brand change to kingspan.

After researching likely cost I found the best price was with online insulation. Good communication and delivered promptly. There was a change of manufacturer, but to an equivalent quality. Very pleased with outcome and will use again.
Best price around with delivery of 3-5 days stated! Great dispatch times too! Ordered early Wed, was emailed to confirm Monday (5 days) but I got text 7am Fri, saying on way, it will be there 9:45-11:45! 9:50 arrival and used Moffat to unload so no lifting Brill all round Thoroughly recommended
