From start to finish the experience was excellent, great team and the quality of the furniture is excellent and fantastic value for money. I was a bit overwhelmed at first when I seen all the parts, but if you read the instructions and watch the video and follow them it's really easy. Will be ordering again for the next bedroom and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
I was really impressed by online bedrooms. The quality of the product is excellent, and the price is significantly lower than Sharps. The online bedrooms team designer was very responsive and helpful, and the customer service was really good too - the couple of issues I had with missing/damaged items were resolved straight away with no fuss. Assembling the units is fairly easy, but difficult to do on your own as some of the panels are very heavy. Overall very impressed - the hassle of measuring yourself and assembly is definitely worth the significant price saving from the competition.
Incredibly helpful design service, including a knowledgeable salesperson and a video callback. Product good quality and exactly to spec, fitted our very awkward room perfectly.!
The process of designing and ordering our bedroom wardrobes was very good, the design team are very helpful and if there's any problem's or changes needed they deal with them very quickly. The quality of the wardrobes is excellent and we've saved well over £1000 compared to what the big companies charge. Building the wardrobes was straightforward, its the sidescribes that are more fiddly but take your time and get your measurements right and you'll be fine. The delivery service was great considering it was snowing on the day! Thanks to Amy who took the order and Abbie from the customer care team. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again when needed.
From start to finish, the customer service has been efficient and friendly. My numerous questions were answered promptly and a minor issue was addressed extremely quickly. The quality of the product is high and it looks beautiful. The online instruction video was really helpful. The only difficulty has been managing the assembly ourselves due to the weight of the panels and our lack of manpower within the family. However, even if we had hired a fitter, purchasing fitted wardrobes from Online Bedrooms would still be cheaper than going with other companies.
Great company went above an beyond from day one helping us choose what suited our needs fantastic service we had four walking wardrobes the delivery boys were so helpful rang few hours before they arrived nice one thank you 5 stars would definitely recommend!! Just an excellent experience from beginning to end. The quality of the wardrobe is extremely high. We also have Sharps at home and I see no difference. The designer was brilliant (Peter, thank you!), delivery was great and assembly was easy. Will only b buying from here in the future.
A great experience from start to finish, our designer Amy was amazing and the customer service following delivery is also top notch. We missed some hinges at delivery which we replaced with our own, which they were willing to refund. Later I decided I wanted the original hinges and they were willing to post us no problem no extra charges even though it had been a few weeks since delivery by then.
Quality is great and it was a very easy design process and delivery. However, we found the product very difficult to put together… It would have been really helpful to have specific assembly instructions with each part marked and a diagram to show construction accordingly. It was a very time consuming puzzle which took my carpenter (and partner in the end) a long time to figure out (probably 3 whole days in total, over the course of a few weeks), so not the one day it was suggested. I accept that we could have gone with one which was fitted by someone from a company, which would have been more expensive, but ultimately quicker and saving in carpenter costs, so probably Not much in it in the end and would have saved a lot of hassle. In addition the instructions are for the wardrobe to be put together on its side and then moved into an upright position, however, given the small tolerances of space we were working with in our walk in wardrobe area it wasn’t feasible to stand it up in this way once assembled which meant we had to put it together in the upright position which again made it very difficult. We are (most significantly) also very disappointed in the design... The heights of the bars on the top row are simply unreachable. We obviously approved this design therefore will take responsibility for this error of judgment but could have done perhaps with some more pushback at the company’s end to try and ensure all measurements were workable. I now have a wardrobe full of clothes I can’t reach. They have been a great company to work with, responsive, helpful, professional, great quality and colour of product etc, I just think we have sadly somehow not ended up as happy customers…

Very friendly and helpful staff. There is always someone available to speak to on the phone when you have questions etc. The wardrobes arrived when promised and we are very happy with the quality. Would recommend Online Bedrooms for great service, lovely products at a good price.
From the initial design to receiving the wardrobes the customer service & communication was excellent. The quality was fantastic and the construction was very straightforward. We feel we have wardrobes equal to those advertised by Sharps & Hammonds for half the price. Amy was very helpful at all stages & the missing hanging rail was despatched very quickly. We would definitely recommend Online Wardrobes.
From initial call to appointment with designer it was effortless. Then we found the designer totally aware of what I required added his input and very shortly we had a design that suited my requirements perfectly. The wardrobe arrived when advised was no trouble assembling and I was impressed with the quality.
Very easy to deal with, any changes were never an issue and they were quick to replace a broken drawer front, with no issues. Due to our location we ask about having the item collected rather than delivery, again very accommodating and no issues. I would certainly look to use again.

From the very start this company gave excellant service. We found them on line and was a bit unsure but we sent for some samples which arrived the next day. Good start. We have a bedroom with a very sloping ceiling so knew we would need a specialist service. We took the measurements and sent off for a quote. Amy replied to this and offered us a zoom meeting to discuss our requirements. This was very helpful as we could show exactly what and where the wardrobes were going. Quote and measurements accepted we awaited arrival of wardrobes. Arriving on time 4 weeks later we did not rush the job as wanted to do it right. Everything we needed was in the package and full instructions on how to put together. Everything went together really well and we are thrilled with the result. We had one slight mishap when we cut a plinth wrong but no problem we ordered another, we did not want to spoil them with our mistake. I cannot praise this company enough from Amy who took our order to the driver who brought it everyone was so helpful and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

In the process of a fairly significant renovation so going through the ordering process a lot and Online Bedrooms was a solid example of how to get it right for end to end customer service. Peter was invaluable in finding us a solution that worked for our odd space including fillers to make it look good, the communications from the company were great, the delivery slick with a helpful 2 hour window estimate (rather than the usual half day you get). They look great in the bedroom. Only thing I'd point out is the design was slightly different from a photo on the website in terms of the panel height (we had 2 panel doors) but it doesn't detract from the wardrobes at all and we are very pleased with the finished product.
