This company provided an excellent service from the initial conversation with Peter and the design challenge that we gave him the ordering the delivery. Every think about it went extremely well. The wardrobes are a very good quality and look stunning in the bedroom. I would highly recommend this company.

A friend introduce me to Online Bedrooms. I was a little sceptical as I have set my mind on Ikea but after I spoke to Amy, she explained that the wood is 18mm in thickness and good quality. I was impressed with Online Bedrooms. All I can say from the start to the end was perfect, definitely recommended to everyone.

The whole process was faultless from initial design, to delivery and the easy to follow installation instructions and easy to instal product. Excellent quality product and when I found I was missing a hinge three weeks after delivery I sent a quick email and one arrived in the post the following day! Honestly I cannot recommend enough.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wardrobe and drawers look fantastic. Due to a misunderstanding on my behalf , first delivery cancelled. A few emails later and new delivery date sorted for 2 days later, brilliant service.

Looking for fitted wardrobes and capable of constructing them yourself? This is the company you need. With an easy to use website and really helpful staff, the whole process couldn’t have been easier. First surprise… the low cost! I couldn’t buy the raw materials for the price they quoted me! Everything arrived well packed and delivered into my hallway. The hardest part was getting it all upstairs! I was extremely impressed with the quality of the product. Previous wardrobes I’ve had built by others have had very thin backs or none at all. These are solid and fix together really well. It was easy to install by myself and although online bedrooms recommend two people I didn’t need any assistance. The finished product is amazing . My usually sceptical wife is very impressed and I’ve earned some well deserved ( and long overdue) brownie points. I cannot recommend this company enough, we are thoroughly chuffed.

From design to delivery to install, all aspects were a pleasure. Fantastic quality and a great technical back up if required.

From measuring and ordering through to delivery and fitting our furniture we cannot fault our experience with online bedrooms.s, Jamie and the team including the delivery driver were very helpful, professional and friendly, the furniture arrived on time, is extremely good quality and the instructions were easy to follow, we would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Amy and the other people I spoke with when they were purchased were extremely helpful. The wardrobes arrived exactly when they said they would and were delivered by nice friendly guys. The wardrobes themselves are very well made and solid in all respects. We are very pleased!!!

My experience of Online Bedrooms has been poor. Whilst initial impressions were positive, a number of errors were made. I felt that their response in rectifying these issues fell short. They sent the wrong instructions. A good hour was wasted trying to make sense of what the instructions said vs what items were present. The wrong instructions were also linked on the website, further adding to the confusion. You are not provided with an inventory of items on the instructions, so it is not instantly clear whether the wrong items have been sent or items are missing - it only becomes evident when you're in the middle of the project, which wastes time and - in my case - money for a joiner. I refute the claim that they are "easy to assemble" and suitable for "anybody who's done any basic DIY or flat-pack assembly" - these are not IKEA-type instructions. Alongside no inventory, pieces are labelled differently to what the instructions refer to them as. In total, the wrong: instructions, hinges, feet and side panel were sent. This was in addition to 3 damaged shelves, and 2 damaged doors (which ended up being sent 3 times because the first replacements were also damaged). The instructions are not bespoke - so if you have two 'types' of wardrobe, it is very confusing to figure out what is what and how they relate to each other. The response from OB was frustrating at times - yes replacements were sent out, but it's not really the point - it shouldn't have happened in the first place, especially when you're paying £1000s, and have been promised a premium product. I highlighted the additional stress and labour cost that their many mistakes caused, and their first response was to blame the competency of the joiner. I felt this to be a disappointing and unacceptable response, as the errors had all been theirs. Eventually after back-and-forth, I was offered a very small token of compensation, which I feel falls short of the time, stress and expense caused by OB. I also had to push for the damaged items to be collected - it was the least they could have offered seeing as the pieces of furniture are huge and were their mistake. It was difficult to get Online Bedrooms to accept responsibility past a "this shouldn't have happened, we're looking into it not happening again" type of response, which is not helpful or relevant for a customer who is making a one-off purchase. I found that what was promised/sold to me vs. what was delivered was considerably different. Perhaps more importantly, their attempt to resolve the issues fell short and their response made a stressful and expensive situation more so. For these reasons, I would not recommend OB.

Fast delivery, good fit and finish. Both bedrooms look stunning, with an entire 8m wall of doors and drawers in light grey, in the master bedroom and 2.5m in my daughter's walk in, in black, naturally (it's a girl thing). Slight niggles sorted pronto. Highly recommended.

So happy with the wardrobes we purchased, we did have a hiccup with a few missing parts but this was sorted the very next day , the quality is excellent and they were installed by my husband who said the instructions were easy to follow, would definitely recommend on line bedrooms.

After my friend brought wardrobes for all his bedrooms I liked the look and ease of install so decided to get some for myself. My friend did advise he had quality control issues with all 6 units but I was assured by the sales person this has been resolved. To my annoyance it definitely has definitely not been resolved. Whilst all 4 frames were correct I was missing screws (48 total) for shelves for 2 of the 4 units. 2 drawers were missing clips to hold them onto the runner, the door hinges don’t match the instal guides, the doors are not pre drilled for hinge screws and the skirting/ pelmet was a different white than the doors/ side pieces. I advised customer services of the missing parts and was advised they would be sent for next day delivery but have not turned up 3 days later. It’s really annoying as I had someone install and needed to use the units as it replaced a unit removed the day before. Now I have 2 of 4 cupboards I can’t use and no idea when the required parts will arrive.

More than happy with this well thought out product and quality. Every stage was made easy with helpful people at the other end of the telephone. There is a strong hint of Kesseler quality, ethos and backing with this on-line product.

From the moment of quotation thro to design, order and delivery I found the whole experience very easy and comfortable to deal with online bedrooms, packaging and delivery was very good and with everything itemised it was easy to follow with the build and installation. I would suggest just to send a A3 paper printout with the delivery for installation purposes as not everybody as a printer at home, and trying to follow the design from my phone was a nuisance. Overall super and would highly recommend
