Harvey was absolutely brilliant always staying in touch and amending or adding anything I needed. I will definitely recommend this company and be back in the future.

Having a chimney breast with two uneven alcoves was always going to be a problem for us to have fitted wardrobes, but after having two very expensive quotes from leading companies, we decided to try online bedrooms. From the start Jamie in design was so helpful in designing our wardrobes, having us change our minds quite a bit, nothing was too much trouble for him. I have to admit measuring the gaps etc ourselves was a bit worrying lol, but the fitted perfectly. Anyway our wardrobes duly arrived in immaculate condition. Took my husband and son most of the day to get the basic wardrobes in, but found it very straightforward. The materials used are excellent, drawers are metal and very spacious. A few little bits were missing (one hanging rail and the bits to hang the mirror) but after speaking to Customer services, the parts arrived next day. Can honestly say this company were a pleasure to work with, nothing was too much trouble and the wardrobes are excellent, half the price of the other two. We recently moved house and needed some new wardrobes for the bedroom. As we have a sloping ceiling our options were limited. We had both Hammond and Sharps come and quote but in both cases the costs were eye watering. Looking for alternatives we came across Online Bedrooms and submitted an enquiry with them. We were appointed a designer called Robin, he was very helpful and put together a design and quote which we got very quickly. Not only was the design exactly what we wanted but the quote was less than half of those we had from others. We ordered them and they were delivered after about 5 weeks, Kayleigh kept us updated so I knew exactly when they were arriving. The panels were all labelled so they were easy to put together. Robin had told us about the online YouTube video which gave us a good head start on how they are to be built. The panels were all perfectly cut and they all went together so easily. What we were amazed at was the quality of the product, it might be half the price of the big players but the actual product is twice as good. Even down to the hinges which open almost 180 degrees, Sharps wanted to charge extra for the same hinges. The plinths and infills needed to be scribed in but take your time and get it right. We had one very minor issue and a quick call and Leanne had it sorted straight away. We cannot recommend this company enough, the service, the product and the people are all fantastic. We now have a beautiful bedroom, thank you everyone at Online Bedrooms

Excellent company to work with. Wardrobes extremely good quality, plus customer service exceptional. Kayleigh in particular very prompt to reply and goes beyond the call of duty to help. Breath of fresh air to have such good customer service.

We have just installed a combination wardrobe unit, a run of storage units comprising drawers & cupboards & a couple of free-standing units. The product is definitely 5 stars - the laminate has a great appearance, the flat-packs are very accurately cut & the fittings are high quality. Overall we are extremely pleased with the final result & although we modified the standard design this was fine with reasonable DIY skills & good equipment. We received great service from design through to support during installation; we had a reasonably complex order & our additional made-to-measure items were a welcome bonus. A couple of hiccups along the way were speedily resolved & should not detract from the overall rating

So impressed with this company. Absolutely everyone we dealt with provided superb service to us from the initial planner to Kayleigh who dealt with our queries to the delivery driver. The wardrobes are now installed and they are top quality Our carpenter was so impressed with them and they look fab. We chose grey Nebraska and they look so smart. The price we paid is unbelievable compared to other companies who quoted. Always wary buying something so big without seeing them first but we took the risk and so glad we did. 100% recommend they are a fantastic company all round.

If we're facing armageddon at least I know our wardrobes will still be standing! Hinges and drawer runners are so sturdy compared to DIY chains products and no flimsy back panels. All through the ordering and delivery process the staff have been excellent. Well pleased.

Two weeks ago, I received delivery of my four open wardrobes. I worked slowly to ensure I constructed them correctly and, after about ten days of on-and-off work on my dressing room, the entire project is finished (including re-decorating and re-fitting the carpet). I'm delighted. The wardrobes are very substantial - I suspect much more so than the expensive well-known make that we all know! I have already been recommending the company to friends, and will continue to do so. Bravo!

What an amazing company; from the very first contact with the designer to the after sales support when there was something we needed in addition, it has been an absolute joy. It’s so reassuring to know that there are British companies out there who are as professional and friendly as this! We are telling everyone about online bedrooms!

Great finished product, really helpful staff. From the initial design, all the way through to delivery and assistance afterwards, there was friendly, helpful advice. Also a continual notification of what was happening and when to expect things.

We ordered some fitted wardrobes for our bedroom and have to say what a great company and excellent service from the team. The design team were knowledgeable and keen to help me, as I haven't ordered fitted wardrobes before, their advice was key. We had some missing items but the team were so responsive and immediately resolved the issue for us which doesn't always happen with retailers. Quality of wardrobes and fittings were high quality and although took a little while to get our heads around fitting them, once we did it was easy if you know some DIY. Couldn't recommend the company highly enough.

I found Online Bedrooms gave good customer service from the beginning. I worked with a designer called Robin and he was very patient with me and answered any and all questions I had, samples were sent quickly and he helped me work out what I needed. I wish I'd known to tell him details like where a radiator was in the room and which way the doors needed to hang but it's worked out OK. This is maybe the only downside to no onsite/in person viewing, he couldn't see exactly what my room was like. But I am happy with the results. The products sent were good quality and everything was as described. We constructed the wardrobes ourselves so sometimes the generic instructions weren't exactly matched to what we needed but we got there. The trickest part was the facing boards at the top and bottom. Over all I would recommend Online Bedrooms. The customer service has been excellent, there product is high quality and I love me wardrobes and dressing table.

5 star from start to finish ☺️ It’s worth getting someone to measure for peace of mind, we got our carpenter to recheck before submitting. We had the design done a couple of times. After seeing it on paper we realised we needed more drawers. We got our carpenter to mastic around the joins and it looks really professional, we are waiting for screw covers which will just finish it off. Delivery was as promised and our delivery guy was nothing but polite and super helpful. Would highly recommend.

Really good service goods came on time and easy to assemble everything came with instructions and look fantastic now all finished well worth the money and the quality is first class

We're really chuffed with our finished wardrobe! There were a a couple of issues with missing parts, but all got resolved within a couple of days and communication was good throughout. I would recommend to others to take delivery and check you have everything before committing to time off work or booking a fitter. Once resolved, I could not fault the product. The cabinets are very easily constructed. The little dowels to help with putting in the back panels were a nice touch! Scribing was the only bit that required any real concentration / head scratching.

Fantastic service! I ordered a bespoke wardrobe, with some specific, and potentially troublesome requirements. I got to talk directly with the designer, Blythe, who was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She was able to produce exactly what I envisioned in my head whilst resolving all the concerns I had with building and installing the finished wardrobe - and all for a fantastic price! Initially I was going to build fitted wardrobes from scratch myself. By chance I found online bedrooms and thought I would investigate further knowing that other companies that supply and fit fitted wardrobes charge the earth. I can only describe my all round experience as excellent. Becky was extremely helpful... nothing was too much trouble while I was finalising the design. The wardrobes were delivered (flat packed) on time and in good condition. The instructions were easy to follow. The assembly was also easy. The finished product looks great! Many thanks to all at Online Bedrooms for an excellent service, especially Becky, and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone.

First of all I would just like to say the customer service from Kayleigh is superb, nothing was too much of an issue to sort. You definitely need to be really good at diy for the more difficult parts like scribing but the cabinets are super easy to build as everything is cut to perfection. For me a key improvement would be to have a better checklist upon delivery to ensure that you have everything you need to build your wardrobes, there is nothing more frustrating than realising you can’t continue your build due to missing items although they get replacements asap. Overall I would recommend online bedrooms, the build quality / finished product is amazing and I think it’s the best customer service I have received from a company in a long time thank you online bedrooms.

Oh my days, I am so happy with Online Bedrooms. It's always scary going with a DIY service because you are never sure how good the customer service will be but WOW we were so happy with the level of service and care we got with Online Bedrooms. We had a slight issue with one of the panels and they were so quick to rectify it. We had a replacement panel in days. It is quite an involved process to put them up and the instructions could be a little clearer, but if you are a confident DIYer you should be fine and if you get stuck, just give them a call they will soon be able to advise. To be honest the end result makes up for any of the difficulty putting them together. The quality of the materials is outstanding, someone told me that my wardrobes look like bespoke ones fitted by a carpenter. My advice to anyone using this service is: - Measure three times. - Do not be afraid to ask the team for help or advice at any step. - You'll want a jigsaw with a particleboard-friendly blade to scribe against the wall. Carve the wood upside down and don't worry about some light chips as they will be hidden by the caulk. - Make sure you are not afraid of caulk to finish those gaps, it makes all the difference. Follow those steps and you'll be the proud owner of wardrobes that look like they cost three times the price.
